Didn't know what they were doing I had to wipe the inside down. Manager is very young and doesn't know what to do when something goes wrong.

The windows were smeared and not cleaned at all, the vacuuming was done poorly, visible spots left on the carpet and seats, and the dashboard and door panels were not wiped. This place has gone down! Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Polishing

I purchased the $39.99 "special" which included interior vacuuming. I understand you don't remove floor mats but I expected them to be vacuumed superficially. The hatch of my RAV4 was not even opened and definitely not vacuumed. I don't see a way to include a photo but will be happy to provide.

Busiest I have seen this place on a Friday. The crew did a fantastic job! All employees were running to and from cars getting customers out left and right. All team members were very friendly and looked to be working hard. Team member who did my vehicle even took the time to look around the vehicle with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I will definitely be telling friends and family to visit this car wash. Services: Delivery, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

My mom and I just went through this car wash and when we came out we noticed scratches on the hood of the cat that hadn’t been there before we entered. We talked to a manager and he denied our claim. Really disappointed, as this is a car wash we’ve frequented for years. We plan to reach out to corporate to hopefully resolve this issue.

Very great services here having the employees clean the inside of my car was perfect I have never had any car wash offering that and I always did that myself so very great service. The price was a little high for me but I believe that with a little more options on things to do while waiting for your car to be done. Overall I liked the services offered by the place.

Im just getting home from this place and very unpleased about the inside vacuum and the outside wash for almost $50!!!! Could have done a better job myself!!!!!! Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing, Auto interior vacuuming, Polishing, Auto detailing

Staff were pretty friendly, and the exterior wash was good. The interior cleaning was really lacking. The floor mats were not wiped down, the interior windshield and rear window were not washed, the rearview mirror was not cleaned, the dash and console were not wiped, and the nooks and crannies of the car were not vacuumed. The car didn't look terrible, but for $35 (and the exterior was being automated) the cleaning was pretty lacking.
