Review for this location only. Some staff is ok, standard work performance. A couple of staff members are horrid, dont seem to know how to do the job that is required of them.

Was awoken at 4am to fraudulent activity call the number to be put on hold for an hour then was told the fraudulent activity has to go through in order for them to do anything which by letting the fraudulent activity go through will over draw my account they were good as bb&t but this merge with is trust was not a good idea

Hours of operation is not always accurate. You arrive when they’re supposedly open, to find it’s closed. Very unprofessional staff, that does a lot of chatter. Im looking to move my business services elsewhere.

Unfortunately this branch was using 1 teller during this pandemic. There was one customer in line and then myself. The manager was working with a customer in his cubicle and jumped in front of me in line. He stated it would be five minutes. It took atleast 15 minutes for all of his transactions. It took another 10 minutes to cash my check. Ridiculous.
