We had a a few problems occur but nothing on Verizon’s end and the representative stayed late to help make sure everything was straight, and never got frustrated with us or the toddler we had to bring with us!

Trey (hopefully I spelled that correctly) went above and beyond to help myself, along with 4 other sets of clients who all walked in the door at basically the same time. He is efficient, courteous, kind, informative, and KNOWS HIS STUFF! I’ve never had such a smooth experience when updating/problem solving phone issues. If you go anywhere, go to Trey. And Verizon, Trey should be the standard for all individuals that you hire! Just excellent. Thank you, Trey!

What makes this Verizon store a 5 Star is the wonderful and talented Manager Trey. He has worked at this store for many years. What a blessing for our community to have such a kind and talented person in a customer service position. I know we are very lucky to have Trey just a phone call or quick trip away from us during a “cellular crisis “. Trey helped me get my son Chandler a new Apple iPhone for Christmas. He also knows step dad is very frugal and doesn’t want his bill any higher. So Trey worked his magic as usual and we did a trade in and with the loyalty program the phone ended up free. BUT what made this so special was Chandler has Autism and doesn’t like changes ( he had iPhone 6 )or crowds. So I had assured him that Trey would take care of everything and it would be a good change. He also allowed us to come in about 30 minutes before the store closed to help with Chandler’s anxiety of the phone deal. What a wonderful gift Trey gave me showing kindness and understanding to our situation. I hope Verizon knows how lucky they are to have such a great young man leading this store. Let me start by saying Trey at the Palmyra location is awesome, give this guy a raise! He helped my fiancé and I switch lines and set up our new phones very efficiently and did it while helping many people (with a variety of attitudes) at the same time. This guy isn’t even an elf, he’s straight up Santa! Most pleasant experience in a Verizon store we’ve had 💯%
