By far, the best storage facility I’ve encountered. The staff is professional and go above and beyond. Recommend to service members or anyone in that area.

Great facilities for storing your personal belongings. Staff are very patient if you need to split your payment between two payments. Love those ladies.

I do not like this place at all when I got my stuff out of storage it had roaches in my furniture and I had a indoor unit. I call them that Monday when it open and told them she advise me the manger was out and will give him the message and he will call me back still have not got a call from him going on 2weeks I have called them back since then and they won't answer the phone for me. I hate bugs and it drive me crazy so I have to get new stuff to go in my home and I paid good money for my furniture and tvs my stuff won't in there but for 4mths. But guess what they won't forget that late fee of 50 and they will call you after the late fee is on your account when you 1st sign up they tell you, you can make a payment online and they dnt even have it where you can set it up online so you have to make sure you call before it close.

My wife and I have had our storage at Stay Over Storage since moving back to Virginia in October 2014. We have a credit card on file that is charged every month. The expiration date of the credit card had expired in March 2015. Note that we have the same credit card on file for autopay every month. Payment is due on the 1st of every month and you will incur a late fee if storage is not paid in five days. Stay Over Storage decides to call us on March 6th, at closing, to let us know that we had incurred a late fee on the 5th. Why were we not informed when this happened or at least the next day. They take the time to walk out there and lock storage units but didn't take that same time to notify us. This was not intentional at all. We have a credit card on file in order to avoid situations such as this. If Stay Over Storage would have let us know that our credit card did not go through because of the expiration date when it happened, it could of easily been resolved. Again that's why we have a credit card on file in the first place! We went to Stay Over Storage in order to rectify the situation at opening on March 7th. Stay Over Storage is suppose to open at 8:30am. We beat the employees and manager to the store. An employee arrived at the store to open it right at 8:30am. Another employee showed up at around 8:40am. The supposed manager comes strutting in around 9:00am. We explained our situation and all we were constantly told was that, they (the owner), didn't allow for late fees to be reimbursed. I have worked as a manager in the hospitality business for years and you our hired as a manager to make decisions especially decisions dealing with reimbursement for "UNINTENTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES". Why would anyone hire you as a manager just to say that they, (the owner) said that you couldn't do something. I am also self-employed and I will never ever run my business trying to take money from people. You run a business morally and in good faith. Stay Over Storage did not act in good faith but just to scam a customer out of money even with a credit card on file.

Not good. Business offer free one time truck service with your storage. I thought this was great until I went to pick up the truck and they told me they rented i it too someone else and there was nothing they could do. Then the lady at the counter got mad at me like I did something wrong when I paid six months in advance. So not only did I not get a truck as advertise to move my stuff but I got no compensation or a call back from the manager. Customer service sucked.

I rented multiple units and very often saw an exterminator or various repairmen roaming around to maintain the facility. The staff was also friendly and helpful. It is the cleanest and best maintained storage I have ever used. Offers outside and climate controlled storage with 24 hour access and no extra fees. I wish they were a national chain!

Excellent customer service. We are military and they went the extra mile to help us during our move. Discounts and pro-rate for military member (not all places will). Highly recommended.
