Let me preface this by saying I despise giving one star reviews but this was deserved. We're looking to upgrade our smaller pull behind to a larger model or a motorhome. We went to look at some used class A and C units. Spoke to some random sales guy, no idea who it was as he never introduced himself, he unlocked them and told us if we needed any info to come find him. It was a pretty warm day and no windows were opened and they were basically ovens, All the units were in rough shape despite a couple being newer models and none were prepped and cleaned. The last thing I want to see when I'm spending $150k+ is a badly stained mattress. We didn't even bother to look at the new pull behinds, if you have something for sale on your lot, at least act like you want to sell them. No reply from the owner is needed, nothing will bring us back to your establishment and we'll find someone who's interested in what they're selling.

Once i got the estimate of what repairs were needed it took me a week to hear back from from my service rep. Dave Wood. The quote included another $150 diagnostic to check out bleed over between left turn signal to right turn signal. I protested that I was already being charged the initial $150 to check out the issues with my failure to pass inspection. Dave said they had used it up with what they already found. I said OK repair what they found and let's see if that fixes the bleed over issue. Dave called me on 8/18/22 to say van issues were fixed with recommended parts and I could pick it up. After my neighbor dropped me off it took Dave over 10 minutes to find my paper work which he misplaced. Finally your paper work said you gave my vehicle a complimentary wash, which you did not! Didn't have time to deal with it at the time as I had another appointment to get to.

I guess I'm just too old school, salesperson handed us her card, pointed at the row of campers, talked to us for 2 minutes and said call her if we had any questions and went back inside!! I guess I should have expected as much, we tried the KIA dealership when we were looking and got blown off there too and ended up buying elsewhere, don't waste your time going here.

Ali was perfect! Very patient & kind! Adam was also very helpful as we worked out the financing part of things. The guy that helped in finance while Adam was out of office was super nice as well!

Went on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a part. Went in building was told they probably had the part on a shelf but couldn't sell it to us because their parts department closed at 3. Come on in the building all kinds of stuff for sale. But couldn't buy any of it. Building should have been closed and sales people work out of a small section with no public access to the building. Won't be back

This dealership, I'm now finding is widely recognized across the Staunton-Augusta area as having incredibly poor customer service, is not where I purchased my 45K mile 2017 Tahoe LT in 2020. I happened to purchase that in Charlottesville but live in the City of Staunton and chose to have my vehicle, sold under certified used Chevrolet warranty, serviced near my home. In under two years of ownership, the following broke and had to be replaced: entertainment/tv unit , the wireless charging center console station, the back wiper motor and unit and the outside temp gauge. Additionally, due to a shake in the engine, the motor mounts had to be balanced. All of the aforementioned fixes were covered under warranty. Last week, my air conditioning broke. I took it in for service/repair and was told that $3,200 of repairs were needed and not under warranty (they said recommended after the fact) including an AC Condenser Replacement, Radiator replacement, oil cooler lines and outlet light. I declined, asked that the car be pulled back to the front and thanked them for the assessment. However, when I requested and was handed a copy of the repair estimate, I noticed that the mileage was inflated by 10,000 miles - just out of warranty coverage. I brought this to the attention of the service manager handling my estimate and was told that his "fat fingers had hit the wrong button on the keyboard" and was then offered to have only one item (the AC condenser) fixed under warranty because it was the "only one that was really necessary right now". I sold the Tahoe the same week and actually feel bad that someone else will inherit the problems that make/model presents. Sincerely, a new Tesla owner.

Dealership is a great place to purchase, service or repair a vehicle. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they do not pressure one to make a hasty decision to purchase a product or service. Facilities are neatly organized and clean and open for one to walk around to explore vehicles or talk to staff at your leisure.

The appointment process is somewhat broken. I booked an appointment a week in advance to get an inspection. Upon arrival ( half hour early) I was notified it would be hours before I could get in due to overbooking and limited inspection slots. After almost 4 hours I was finally in the shop. Please note that I totally trust them to work on my vehicle. It is only their booking process that is broken and needs fixed.
