Branch sales and service representative, Rogelio Olvera, was very welcoming and polite when my daughter and I first walked in. He helped us with opening my daughter’s first account and he was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, caring…etc..I could go on and on. What a wonderful experience! Very pleased! 🙂

My relative in Tyson try to send me some money to my International bank account, but I didn't get it and now it has been 9 days but I didn't receive any money from PNC bank. Very bad service. Disappointed

Hey, Problem Solvers work here. LOL. For a few occasions, bankers here helped me out when other branches could not, for some reasons. People here do care and exhaust their means and methods to help. They have great/kind intentions and they are kind. I have no affiliation with anyone working here and am just a regular user.

2% fee to cash checks. This is why I'll stick to Navy Federal Credit Union. Most people should not be banking with a banks like PNC/Wells fargo ect, get yourself an account at a credit union.

I have been to this location twice in the last 2 days. I came in to ask if they had a coin machine. They gave me rollers. Fine. I come back today with the rolled coins and they said our system is down. ( every time it also an excuse- the system is down, there is no more money in the ATM blah blah. Also, the personal bankers there are super rude and just stare at you as if they are too good to answer a question.

I would give a negative rating if possible. First lets get into how I was treated and lied to about their policy. I walked in during my lunch hour, and explained how I had left my wallet at home, but still had my work ID to use as verification. In addition to this I was told by another PNC bank, as long as you give them your social you should be able to pull up your account ...okay long story short I walked to the teller her name was SOMIA she said no before I could even finished my sentenced in asking about withdrawing money from my account. SOMIA was extremely rude throughout this process. After giving her my social and my ID badge she still made the claim that she could not allow me to withdraw money. Her manager comes over has me sign my name on a form and says that this will help them verify my signature from anything they could pull up from my account. They find my signature on a previous check and the manager says they can not allow me to withdraw money without a second form of ID......Did she miss the part of me telling her that I did not have my wallet????? All I had was one form of ID my work badge so she knows good and damn well that was not happening. This was garbage and a complete LIE on their part... What bank does this?

The service at this location was wonderful. We had a number of somewhat confusing transactions to complete and Katia was patient, helpful, and all around easy to work with. We were out of there quickly and efficiently thanks to her, and it was a relief to have everything taken care of without any hassle. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Came to the bank with a long request to print my statements, attest them and provide me with a balance letter. Lynn at the front desk took all patience that was required and got my job done. I felt honored.
