It is the worst bank in the area. I don't understand how it is still open with the poor customer service they have. the only person who helps in that Bank is Thilini very nice and respectful person. but then the people who work in that place do not understand respect or attention. They never help and always say no to everything.

They don’t care at all about their customers at all, as long as you are putting money in your account, your account will be open. If you contact them for anything else, they won’t care. Of course when opening the account they care!
