I absolutely love the olive bar, especially the feta cheese and olive. Today it was almost empty, could not find anyone that knew who to ask about refills. This was after asking 3 or 4 people. What a shame, normally everyone is very helpful. Will not stop me from going back though!

A bit pricier than I would like. If you use the VIP and plan ahead you can buy certain things at a reasonable price. They have a Seafood and Meat market that is visually appealing and never smells as you walk by. I have yet to buy from it. They stock items like the brand Late July that other stores don't. The staff has been polite the times I have interacted with them. If you're looking for balls of dough they do have them as well. The store has been clean on my two visits as well. There is a Starbucks inside. Alcohol (beer and wine) is also sold there.

Once the best grocery store in Williamsburg, hands down, it's become a sad mix of incompetent employees, led by even more incompetent managers. They get beat on pricing by just about every other area grocery store and the service that used to make up for slightly higher prices is long gone. Never do we shop there when not at least one item rings up wrong and some days it can be as many as a dozen items. One time we were overcharged by almost $30 on a $200 grocery bill - and the customer service (and I use that term VERY loosely!) argued with us over the adjustments even though these were advertised prices! We used to do 90% of our grocery shopping at Harris Teeter - that's now well under 30% and still falling.

My first time visiting this grocery store. Very nice grocery store and the cashier was very friendly. The store was very clean. I also got a member card so I could enjoy the discounts. The young man at the customer service was very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

MS.RHONDA IN BAKERY IS AWESOME! I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A CAKE TO BE BAKED FOR ME WITHIN 6 HRS.......EVEN WITH THE BUSY SCHEDULE SHE ALREADY HAD.... MS.RHONDA WAS WILLING AND ABLE TO GET MY CAKE DONE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! #SuperstarService

I had to lower the rating on my review. I absolutely love the food quality and options but I have been a regular for a few years now and I am still being followed around the store or watched by 2 or more employees while doing self check out. This has been proven on more than 8 trips to the store both alone and with others. I am really disappointed by this

Harris teeter is a very nice grocery store. They have virtually everything I need grocery wise. I haven't been going to this location very long but it doesn't appear they carry homestead creamery milk. But they do take exchange for the glass bottles.

When the coffee shop I work at runs out of milk we come here to restock. Really nice store. First Harris Teeter I’d ever been to and I hope they are all this nice. Wide range of options. Good store organization. Very easy to find things.

My wife loves this place for it's seafood. Today she spent over 200 dollars on their crab legs and shrimp. The crab legs were huge and the meat was very sweet. When my wife is satisfied, my day and night usually have a great outcome. Thank you Harris Teeter
