This place is great! There is a huge selection and the store is very clean. The bakery had an amazing selection of elegant cakes and treats. You can even purchase fresh bread and have it sliced. The sandwich deli is one of the best in any store, comparable to a retail restaurant.

I love shopping here. I love their fresh bread options, the Boars Head Brand, and the store layout. I like their fried chicken family pack cooked in store. I love that the food is always within expiration. The store is neat and clean. Overall, I always have a good feeling when shopping here. It is a well run store.

Several items we purchased such as the vegetable tray had to be returned because the veggies were slimy and smelly. The meat pies had mold on the undersides when opened for dinner that night. When we called the store to report this the young female who answered just did not care. We were also supposed to get an emailed receipt - never got it. We have never experienced these issues at other Publix stores. The lack of concern about deli products covered in mold was certainly unappreciated.

I specifically visited for Boar's Head deli products & Bakery Products. They have almost all the variety of meat (chicken, turkey, ham & beef) and cheeses. All are super delicious & fresh. meat lovers should try Boar's head deli products. Publix has fresh bread, yummy & decorative cakes, cup cake, Cookie. It's also have cute small kids cart that my kiddo love it & keep her busy while shopping.

So a big thanks to bakery and their cake decorating team. I ordered a cake with two weeks heads up but there was some miss communication in the process between person who took down the order and the bakery staff. While they did call to inform me the bad news that the design I originally asked for would probably not be possible to make and since it was on the same day I needed the cake I didn't have much option but to accept it. To my surprise they asked if I could delay my pickup for an hour and I was surprised that they came through. I forgot his name but give the gentleman who worked the Navy cake for 17 June another big thanks and plus give him some paid time off or something like that!

The best deli subs you can get! We came later in the day so unfortunately the smoothie station was closed (it closes at 6) and they had ran out of a lot of meat but the associates were so kind and cut fresh meat for us and gave us everything we needed. The store is fully stocked and super clean. I will definitely be back.

Great Location, Williamsburg. Very helpful and professional employees. Store is always clean and bright. Great choices. The international food section is my husbands favorite it has foods we can't get elsewhere.

Called 2 hours ahead, on the way home to VA BCH, and placed an order for the 20 piece spicy beaded chicken. I get here, they hadn't even dropped them. We were like, well what was the purpose of allowing customers the option to place an order by phone, if we can't even pick it up and go when we come in? The cook asked, "Do you still want them?" Of course we still want them. So, here we are, having to wait 20 minutes on an order we placed 2 hours ago for a 4:30 pickup. Publix, you gotta do better. 😑

We don't have this super market chains in NJ. The first impression to me is very good. Totally different layout and feel to me. It's with the same level of Wegmans in NJ - NY... Very good shopping experience until checkout..... We only had 4 items and we chose self checkout lane... A dispatcher manager asked us to go to regular checkout lane when it's our turn to get into the self checkout area... We need to wait for another 2 full carts customers to check out.... Why?... Very confusing... That's why I decreased 2 stars to reflect my unsatisfactory....

This is a large, clean and very modern supermarket not far from Colonial Williamsburg. We had no problems finding everything we needed quickly, and if we need more groceries during our stay we're sure to return.
