AMAZING service!! I notice my tire pressure going down on my subaru while on vacation--- upon closer examination, found a nail in the tire! It was the end of the day, and I needed the car drive-able by the next day. Called Crescent repair (recommended to me by the locals), and one of the mechanics stayed late (almost half an hour after closing!) to get me back on the road. Very reasonable price, and so friendly!!! THANK YOU CRESCENT REPAIR--- you saved our vacation! :) Two weeks later, it's still holding tire pressure, good solid repair!

I thought I had a nail that fully punctured my tire. The nice owner came outside in the pouring rain and examined my tire. He found out that it was only embedded in a millimeter. Thanks for the help!

Had my truck towed here when it broke down while we were on vacation. After working to diagnose the problem and eliminating the easy solutions they were honest about their abilities and did not try to undertake repairs they were not really setup to perform, not something all shops will do. I ended up having my truck towed off island to a dealer but really appreciated the help of the manager Shawn and mechanic Greg.

One of my ALL TIME BEST customer services experiences ever. My car broke down the day I was supposed to return home from vacation. NO ONE on the island would even look at my car to diagnose it. They took the time to diagnose, found out it was a simple fix and had me on my way. They even put my car in the ferry line so I could make the last sailing of the day. Friendly, efficient, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I will be eternally grateful to Sean at Crescent Beach Service. My wife and I were on a road trip from Colorado and my car began making a very concerning grinding noise. I took it into Crescent Beach at closing time. Sean had me return in the morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part from Seattle, and had the car repaired by the next evening. He even called a customer to reschedule his work in order to assist me. He saved the rest of our trip. I highly recommend Crescent Beach Service.
