The staff is nice but this place is awful at filling prescriptions. It takes days to fill a simple prescription. They are never in stock of medication and they don’t have enough staff to keep on track. I don’t recommend this pharmacy at all. I hope they get the staff they need.

This place is the worst. I have repeatedly tried to fill prescriptions here, and it is always a fiasco. Long mis-estimated wait times, insurance issues, don't have the drug....the list continues. Avoid if you can.

I feel bad doing this but want to save others. Do not use this pharmacy. Spare yourself. All of the previous bad reviews are completely accurate. I have tried oh so many times with this place. Also I never write reviews but the combination of 5-10 very frustrating experiences here - ranging from randomly closing, to just not having medications even though you’ve been messaged to come pick up, the list goes on. People are right, the staff are really friendly and really do try but the issues with this pharmacy and Walgreens in general just go way beyond that. Do yourself a favor. Use a different pharmacy.

Extremely long wait times and unscheduled closures. On multiple occasions, I have waited over 45 minutes in the drive-through in a mere three-car line. Transferring my prescriptions from this pharmacy.

Wait times are excessively long. I was told 40 minutes my prescription would be ready. I waited, went back to pick up and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Another time, they sent me a text telling me my prescription was ready only to find out it was not.

I have tried to give the staff the benefit of the doubt for the last couple of years. The drive thru is always way backed up and now they have shortened the hours. I have been twice this week and still do not have my prescriptions. Time to transfer.

First of all, the staff are great. They are working hard and trying to do so much being understaffed. I get it. I’ve tried to be patient. However, I’ve repeatedly tried calling and you have to wait for upwards of 20-30 min to talk to someone (I live 15-17 min away). Multiple times we’ve gone in and a prescription isn’t ready when it should be or they are out of stock. What was the final straw for me is them changing their hours and closing at 6pm. Ridiculous! That is poor customer service. If you work til 5pm and don’t get home until 6pm, you can’t get your prescription during the week. Since when does a pharmacy have a 9-6pm schedule? Called Safeway and are open 9am-9pm. They also answered the phone in under a minute. Needless to say, it was an easy decision to have my prescriptions transferred. You guys need to do better! Again, the staff is trying hard but this is a management issue that needs to be resolved!

I scheduled my booster here and drove an hour from Seattle to get it, but they closed early from an emergency. Some glitch prevented them from calling me and giving me an update, but the tech who came in to cover that day, Julie, spent 45 minutes finding me another Walgreens nearby who could take me that day. If Walgreens mission is to provide for the well-being of others, Julie went above and beyond to make that happen. Thank you Julie!

Slow and subpar customer service at best with one person assisting everyone in line. Waited over 40 min to check in today. This has been the same subpar service I experienced since last three months and see lot of staff changes.

This particular Walgreens is awful. So slow, they never have the medication we need in stock so they always have to order it. They never answer the phone. And a few times they have told us the medication was ready to pick up when it wasn’t. So I had to make multiple trips back or wait around for half an hour. I have no idea what’s going on in this store.
