I found S&H quite entertaining, I was looking for a license plate lamp for my motorhome. It was a unique lamp 75 w with integral bullet connectors. I thought that if anyone in the county would have it (even dust covered) it would be S&H. They tried real hard but to no avail. The counter man was quite good natured and helpful even though the part was not to be found. We replaced it with a new LED Type.

These people are some of the rudest people I have ever been around. Ignored, when it wasn't even full. Even the guy in the back that customizes things. I feel like it was racial thing too. But, then again it is lynden.
