Just go to hilltop auto for a cheaper and better experience. Drained the oil in my car to tell me after they started they don't have the filter, let multiple cars go before me that had arrived 15 minutes after I had, charged 30 dollars more than hilltop auto. Overheard the mechanics arguing about them wanting to drive a customer's car to auto zone to buy a filter

Nick and his team were so amazing! My car wasn’t running smoothly after a friend replaced my spark plugs for me so I brought it over to jiffy lube. Once I explained the problem and worries i had about my car we took it for a test run so Nick could really understand what was wrong with my car. After finding out I had bought the worst possible spark plugs, Nick ordered the correct ones for me and within 5 minutes they were already replacing them! Once we started my car up I could already tell that had fixed the problem! No more jerking and I finally felt safe driving my car again:) My experience from start to finish was 10/10! Will definitely be returning with any other car problems!

This place was slow. The employees were polite and they did change my oil, but it took a very long time. There were two cars in bays ahead of me and it took almost 90 minutes before I was out of there. I recommend this place if you like waiting and lines.

They changed my spark plugs, which I didn’t know they do. And also helped with headlight restoration because mine were very bad when I came in. I asked a lot of questions and they were super friendly with a knowledgeable and honest answer. Keep it up guys!

I’m a new car owner and I have to say I love coming here. They have always been super helpful. They take the time to thoroughly explain what they’re doing. Even letting me step out to watch some of the stuff they’re working on. I’ve learned a lot from them. They are always lively and friendly. Pulled in to see if they would check tire air pressure as we had 1 low tire. They checked all 4 tires for us, put air in the tire showing low pressure, and did it all free of charge and e]were super friendly and helpful... Highly recommend Jiffy Lube in general, and the Oak Harbor Washington location specifically. Excellent Service! Service: Tires
