They are fast and Kyle has great customer service but the label quality is not good. I requested gloss finish but the labels look like matte finish and easily smear. I requested a refund because I was not satisfied with the gloss and had to wait a week for a response. I was told I will not be able to get a refund or discount. This was disappointing because I paid $260.
