This taco bell sucks. The whole time i was there one of the women in the back was yelling about getting the orders out because they were trying to be 4th. In the process of rushing their employees quality suffered .I was looking at the pictures in the reviews people post. You can clearly see people wearing taco bell shirts. In some of them. Because my 4 simple little tacos didn't look like any of that. One of the 4 was half full of meat all 4 were loaded with letus and light on the cheese. When I say light on the cheese. It looks like someone dusted the top with about 3 or four pieces of cheese. One of my first jobs was at taco bell. That's not how tacos are supposed to look. All that rushing their employees so they can be 4th makes their quality suffer. While I was sitting their eating 2 other customers came into the lobby from drive-through because their orders were wrong. 2 customers in the time it took me to eat 4 tacos and get back to work. The foods better at 84th and south tacoma way the service is better at 84th and south tacoma way. While this one's struggling to be 4th of something I would rather dine at 84th and south tacoma way. I don't care what place they are.

Nothing is more irritating than a drive-thru person sounding like we are making their day worse by going to the business. Yes Cecilia... im calling you out. ***Update *** Just got home to eat lunch. -Regular crunchy tacos were soaking with grease and soft/falling apart. -Pintos and cheese were so saturated it was practically soup -Soft taco Supreme was complete trash. -Nacho Bell Grande chips were so stale Probably NEVER going back to this location unless a miracle happens there.

They gave me the wrong item and when I asked to get a refund or to put the money towards the correct order they refused and told me I’d have to pay for the item I wanted and keep the one they made a mistake on. Never have I ever been somewhere that would not correct a mistake that they made. Not to mention the female workers were beyond rude. Rolling their eyes and literally throwing their hands up and said oh well and walked off. The young man who took the order looked like he even felt uncomfortable.

Went here after work and ordered a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla both with sour cream. The lady taking my order was super polite and made sure everything on the screen was correct. When I got to the stop sign, I took a bite of my BEAN burrito only to find out that it was BEEF and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. I cannot eat red meat because I am allergic so that sucked. When I got home I opened my chicken quesadilla only to find that it was squished all the way to the bottom of the bag and also had NO sour cream, which I paid for. For it being a Friday night at 5pm with NO line, I would assume they would get my one order correct. Giving a three star because the lady taking orders and at the window was so nice she made the whole experience. Get kitchen staff that know how to read the screen better because half of my money was wasted. UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER! Changing this to two stars only because the girls were nice. I went back thinking everything was good, this is the only Taco Bell on my way home, and low and behold I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of sour cream and I received a whatever is pictured. With BEEF that I CANNOT EAT! And what’s up with all the sour cream cups? Definitely not going back. The girls working were hella nice but cmon guys. Some people have food allergies and your job needs to be taken seriously.

I had to get my boy some hash browns because he was down at the vet for 2 weeks there at dr. Congress Des Moines Veterinarian Clinic and some serious operation he's good now but we had to stop by damn McDonald's on the way home cuz that's one of his go-to spots

So, I went through the drive through and was not given part f my order and then I was given this... (see photo)... Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco which I was looking forward to trying. But as the photo shows this is a completely unappetizing item.
