Tacoma Hosmer location: Nice Burger King considering the area. Our food was hot and just as we ordered on APP. I love that they added the Impossible Whopper to the menu and it's included in Wednesdays Whopper special for $3! We will definitely be back to this location. Vegetarian options: Plant based Impossible Burgers

Whenever I come something is always broken either the grill or no chicken Very bad service Order was around 50 and have a missing burger she told me everything fit in the bag but it was only 4 i ordered 5 burges Missinng fries and drinks!

Dining room is closed so a 30 min wait in drive thru from start to finish. (I would have left but already paid thru the app) when I got to the window they gave me someone else's order and then blamed me for not having the chicken burger I ordered and was told it would be another 3 minutes. I parked and waited another 17 minutes. They finally brought my food and all my fries were missing. I knocked on the door and they said I'd have to wait in the drive again. No thanks

Got UberEats 9/17. My order was around 5, food was wrong food and may have been tampered with. Time on receipt said 9:20AM Jaime in a blue ford edge was my driver. Its was very quick and she apologized for the wait. Even with the bag having a seal on it the order was wrong-the sticker on the bag makes me think Burgerking, not the driver. I'm not happy.

I almost gave them a five. The fries were hot and the Impossible Whopper was delish. The mobile app was a bit quirky but so are others. The window service was a bit slow with limited staff. Great deal for $3.

Got stuck in their slow moving drive through line, waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru for a cold burger. At least the fries were warm. Also drop in a employment card in the bag. I wouldn't want to work here.

Every burger King executed different quality in my area. This has been one of the better experiences. Got the spicy ChKing sandwich. It was a beast.. Huge sandwich that I couldn't just straight on bite in to with just the right amount of pickles.. like 5 or 6 pickles and it wasn't too spicy, although I wish it was spicier. It was very crunchy from start to finish, but it was missing a little crispness to really set it apart. A couple bites were a little rubbery for lack of a better word. The sauce on it was pretty tasty too. It's a good deal if you can catch a coupon in their app or through email. If every Burger King made them this well, I'd be back regularly.

I bought a burger meal first of all it was NOT fresh, there was a long piece of hair in my burger. I was overcharged the employee put more in my bag that I didn't order. He was rude to me. The manager gave me a free meal but yet again. The food wasn't cooked fresh, they gave me some food that wad under a heat light

I come to this one because it's the closest to my home. The service is pleasant, typically. Staff is courteous. The restaurant looks clean to sit and dine. The food is a hit or miss. Usually I hit good when it comes to the food here. However, today was uneventful in the original chicken sandwich. Super dry in the chicken patty and the mayo that goes on it, lettuce wasn't fresh, the bun wasn't fresh either. The fries were fresh and hot. The Whopper was ok and the new crispy chicken sandwich they have was also ok. For as long as I waited for my order I was expecting it to be freshly cooked and less dried out. Like I said, coming here is anhit or miss. This time I missed....lol Hopefully next time will be better.

Ms. Heather was super efficient and knowledgeable. However, was super sad that Burger King took the grilled chicken off the 2/6 promo? Manager here says "no longer available since last week" but I swore I just got it a few days ago. It was delicious. The food here is good but when I went thru drive thru they said their mic was offline...which have had that problem here before. Anyways, went in but it's harder cuz I'm a lil bit disabled 😎, and must say this BK is not always too clean. Seems like they have a lot of hard workers (come here at least once a week) but it always looks a lil neglected. The area is "kinda" sketchy off Hosmer. They did an upgrade a while back so it does look better...2 stars are fir the manager's attitude and drive thru...
