the food is always amazing although sometimes it's a wait for the chicken but then you know it's fresh the service and atmosphere leave a lot to be desired for they seem to always be short-staffed and the employees look very unhappy to be there the atmosphere is like that of a morgue Parking: the parking is very limited and no matter where you park it is a hassle to get out of the parking lot and back onto the road

My mother and I stopped here for a bite to eat after work. We went through drive through and received our food in a timely manner. The only that was wrong was they forgot the utensils, but no big deal..we went back around. One girl had an attitude about that... We went to park and eat before continuing home and our battery died. We were stuck there freezing, waiting for someone to come meet us for a jump which wouldn't have been for a while. As we were sitting there, it's getting later and everyone is leaving for the night. This gentlemen and I believe his brother went to drive off and then turned around to help us. It was so sweet and kind of them. I wish I knew their names. But if it weren't for them we would have been stuck halfway frozen in Spanaway for the night. They asked if we were okay and helped push our car by theirs to give us a jump when they could have just gone home. So if they see this... thank you so much. It really made our night how kind you both were. May God bless you both.

Ok so this is wild to me, I’ve never had any issue with this location, I live close and come often, but check this out. Tonight, absolutely EVERYTHING was wrong with my order. Fries were cold. Popcorn chicken was greasy with no seasoning. My dr.pepper tasted weird, there was no sauce or honey in my bag, and the Mac and cheese was…. Idek how to explain it, it was that bad. The person at the window was polite but while waiting for our food to come out we saw about 3 or 4 workers hangin out and talking. All in all I have to laugh at how bad this experience was.

Went to the 148th & Pacific location and received the best service, value and chicken! The staff were great and the cashier professionally multi-tasked during the lunch rush. Best Popeye's experience ever. Delicious, hot fresh chicken!

Our order was wrong, like basically none of it was right...but we called and Amanda got the situation resolved and we were able to come back in and get the meal corrected on our own schedule. Food is good. Staff at the counter wasn't great, seemed to be a few grumpy employees, but management did well!

I went to the drive-thru and ordered shrimp and fries. What I got was horrible. I thoight I was ordering butterflied shrimp. When I got home and took my orders out of the bag I had a box of fried bits of coating with a tiny morsel of “could be” bay shrimp. The shrimp bits were so small it wasn’t even worth eating. Do they have some kind of machine that can form the shape of those small shrimp?

Honestly, this is one of the best experiences I have had at Popeyes franchise. Their customer service is sincere and welcoming. Their back of the house is vocal and produces fresh food. Everyone knew what they were doing and checked on me (customer). I'd recommend this location anyday and glad to know when I don't want to cook lunch/dinner I can trust this establishment to deliver. Thank you!

Always got something bad going on, either the registers are locked or there’s a 20 minute wait for new chicken or they get your food wrong. My last straw was today when I paid $42 for delivery, I ordered the home style Mac and cheese (cost more than regular sides) for the side with my dinner & two extra sides which was mashed potatoes and red beans & rice. These people literally gave me 3 sides of mashed potatoes. It’s almost hard to believe this was an accident when the receipt is clear as day. You can’t screw peoples orders up when you paying a lot of money. They need to try a little harder & pay attention. The food is good (sometimes) but the service is not worth it anymore. You give them chance and chance again & hope they change your mind but I’m pretty much over it.
