Only have side road public parking so hard to get one, got in late for 5 minutes and they already moved to 2 people ahead ,on top of my appointment. Couldnt get help so i have to reschedule for next available apointment, which is following month. So disappointment.

Great post office with amazing workers. So friendly and usually very fast. However, I think that there is a problem with the passport services. I don’t know the exact process, but I often find my 10 minute post office visit to drop off some packages being significantly delayed(spend on average 20-40 in line) by people getting passports. Not sure if a dedicated passport services worker would help, or not scheduling passport services during lunch time. Either way it has happened multiple times and is the only problem I can see that needs fixing.

The nerve of this organization to slow the processes of processing mail has caused my Bill's to arrive at my creditors on time causing me to be charged late fees. What gives them this right to put a financial burden on there community. I have discussed this with my local post office, and they stated it was the decision by the main hub to slow the mail down. SHAME ON THEM. Thanks for causing undo stress and financial burdens.

The carriers are so lazy and the union protects them. Attempted delivery is always what I get but I'm home all day and there was absolutely no attempt. USPS is the worst delivery service. Go with a company that actually holds employees accountable.

Laughable as expected from most of the usps facilities. No wonder they are losing business and hopfully getting out of the game. I had put in a inquiry of a lost package and as usual they investigated it only to say it was delivered. I asked specifically was it delivered to my mailbox or front door to that no response. So I could only conclude that it was stolen from their delivery driver since it was supposedly "delivered" these people get paid big bucks to steal packages and lazily do their job.

I had an appointment for a new passport which I waited about a month. I arrived 3 minutes late due to the traffic. The white lady with short hair on the front desk is not nice enough to help me. She told me I am late but I see nobody waiting in the line for any kind of service. I explained everything but she is not willing to help me out. She has to learn customer service and some manner, unless it is a little too let for her. Becareful at this location

I went in to get my passport. I waited patiently in line behind someone else getting their passport, when I was called up to the window I was told I need to go to a different location to get my passport because he was the only worker there. He was the only worker there when I arrived helping the other customer with her passport. I was very confused. The postal worker was rude and said that’s just the way it is. He showed me a sign way at the other end of the counter behind a barrier that gave me some other addresses and walked off to help someone else. No apology for me waiting in line while he gave the exact service to a customer I had came in for. Very poor customer service. This is why I never use the post office for mailing my packages. Rude employees!

What a joke. I waited 2 weeks for our passport appointment. Only to receive a call the morning of the appointment getting told that they are canceling it because they don't have anyone qualified to do the appointment. REALLY??????????? You don't know ahead of time that you have a appointments scheduled with people coming in?????? People take days off to come in and wait 2 weeks for this! And all you have to say is "my bad" are you kidding me????? Next appointment I can schedule in a different office is in 2 weeks. That's a month of waiting. Thank you for nothing.
