Don’t know why phone calls are not allowed in this store! Like a prison! Worst experience ever had when shopping.

Love the brand and products! Shout out to Connor and Audrey for being EXTREMELY helpful and kind! They really made the experience a good one. I am rating it 3/5 stars because there is an employee, Taylor, who was very rude to me for absolutely no reason. Consider a job that does not deal with customers if you can't be nice.

Shout out to Luke for being super knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the coats I was looking and helping make a decision.

I love Arc'teryx! The brand, the quality and exceptional customer service. Now I literally hate this store because of RUDE PERSONAL! There was a line in front of the store. Me, my wife and my 2 kids were in line. We spent 10+ minutes in line. When we were first in line my kid requested me to go with to the bathroom. My wife told the guy who managed the line that my kid and I will be back in 3 minutes. He said ok, you can enter without the line. After I came back literally 4 minutes after there was another guy who didn't let me in. He blocked my way to my wife and a stroller with a child and began to physically touch me, which is absolutely unacceptable! I asked my wife to leave immediately and we left this store for good! I spent ~ $ 1500 at this store last holiday season. I spent $ 0 this year. This is the fault of the rude, ill-mannered, uncivilized staff.

Great spot to snag some wonderful deals on top notch outdoor gear. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Yes, the deals are good and the gear is nice, and there is always at least one thing highly discounted, but the five stars are deserved because of how helpful and pleasant the store staff is, even six days before Christmas... during a pandemic. Bravo.

Great staff, awesome variety, amazing deals. The quality has not diminished over the years and even though they are no longer located with Salomon the wonderful staff who are really well informed and available to help, remain the same. As does the extremely high quality of gear. A lifetime warranty and more affordable prices for a pricey brand this store is a definite stop in for any arc fans.

How the mighty have fallen! Arc'teryx available at a discount mall...sounds great right? When this company was a mountaineering equipment company (through 2001 when they were purchased by Salomon) they were a fantastic, stand behind their made locally product. As a result they controlled the quality and only sold top of the line gear that you could bet your life on because with mountaineering gear you sometimes do. Unfortunately although the brand name has stayed the same over the last 20 years that is the only thing that has. They have since been sold two more times! When Salomon bought them they started to become just another brand, outsourced their manufacturing and quality overseas and with lower prices stopped standing behind their brand. I am an outdoor professional and I purchased a pair of $500.00 Beta AR pants here 3 seasons ago. I have less than 60 days on the mountain, using this product, and it is already starting to fall apart. Granted, as I purchased them in the back ally beside the casino at a sketchy discount mall I only paid $300.00 for my made in China product so what should I expect right? This is a product that others paid $500.00 for that is falling apart with less than 60 days of use on them! I have reached out to Arc'teryx customer service, with other products, and their hands are tied. They make offers like we will give you 50% off our new, but also low quality product. They fail to understand or simply don't care that people who spend top dollar to buy their product don't want to shop they want to buy it once, as Arc'teryx states it is "guaranteed for life" and carries a GORE "guaranteed to keep you dry". There are a number of competitive companies who, in my experience, still stand behind their product. Mountain Hardware, Columbia and OR to name a few. I don't plan to buy any more new product from this brand, discounted or not.
