The longest wait time ever. I also had to deal with the 1 person being at the front who was left alone while still being in training. I waited over 30 minutes just to update my phone number and orde a new debit card. Neither of those ought to take that much time.

An excellent visit to Wells Fargo. My teller, Jesse was extremely helpful and pleasant. He addressed every concern I had. Having to replace my card, he reminded me about the digital wallet available for online banking. Overall, I was very satisfied when I left. By the way, I came in on a Saturday just before closing, yet everyone looked happy and professional

By far the slowest Wells branch I have ever been to. If you need to make a deposit or get cash back, just use the ATM. That is if the ATM is actually working, which it frequently does not. I recommended the downtown Vancouver branch. Better quicker service.

These people are always friendly when I go there, a couple times a year is all. It matters not that l do not account with them, I'm always greeted warmly. Mostly what I do is break larger bills for smaller ones and ask questions when I need some advice. I've always been treated really warmly by anyone I've spoken with there.

Charges a $7.50 fee to cash a Wells Fargo check. Won't even offer a courtesy fee waiver to a military vet.

My boyfriend came in with his payroll check that was from his company who banks with Wells Fargo The teller Con, profiled my bf probably because of his appearance, and told him that they have had a lot of fraudulent checks recently and he needed to have another person verify it, so he walked him over to Dan, who told us this was procedure even though neither of us had ever had this happen to us before. After he did in fact verify that it was indeed a real, legitimate check, Dan walked us over to a women teller who asked for a 2nd form of ID and after handing her the 2nd form of ID that he has used at Wells Fargo in the past and every other place that cashes checks she refused to accept it. At this point, we decided to save ourselves the headache and extra money and cash it at Walmart. This is exactly why people stay away from banks and the "service" we got at this Wells Fargo is a classic example of why!
