Because they did not Spell my name rt I had to get ahold of the 4 times to fix it I wish I would have sat down with them but I trusted them they had all paperwork to be able to get it rt now we have to do it all over again they rejected it iam not happy been with h&r for along time don't know what are who is doing this but it don't work at all

I was impressed at first! however now that I go and check on the date the tax refund is suppose to be on my card it says they havent received anything from H&R block.
