If I could give a zero I definitely would took over and hour to get it was out for delivery for a half hour then it gets here every thing is cold and smashed and the 2 liter was warm already

It can have its good days and it's bad days. Most of the time it's good though. There are times where i have seen one person working and everyone else outside smoking. "sorry sir we can't mix your wings in two different sauces because we are very busy" ummmm.... if you say so.

We ordered here because we were out fishing. And it was close and delivered. From the time of order to delivery, it was quick! They called and verified what part of the lake we were at and our car color! We were going to meet them at the entrance. How awesome! Then our delivery driver Shelby is AMAZING!!!! SHELBY BROUGHT US NAPKINS AND PLATES!!! SHELBY is the best! Thank you!

Cook the pizza all the way next time. When I got home I literally thought I had to put it in the oven. There was ZERO color to the crust. I will probably not order from this location again. Not only was it late being ready for carryout it was grossly undercooked. Almost as if the crust went into the oven frozen.

8/13/2021 Upped the score. Pizza's have been great, friendly staff, clean store. We've been going back this past 6 months and have nothing but positive experiences. 1/29/2021 Alrighty, I decided to give this Pizza Hut another chance and was really hopeful they were going to be much better than last year. Well...they really blew me away this time. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Crust had a nice crunch on bottom and was tender above. Cheese was cooked perfectly, looking picture perfect. Same about the cheese bread sticks. The people working there were very nice, courteous. The store seemed much cleaner than last I remembered. I'm bumping my score up. I'll give a full 5 stars when I go a few more times and it's consistent, and yes, with the pizza like it was tonight, I will be back now. Only suggestion, that front door sticks and can be deceiving that it is locked, does it need oiled??? Also, I just attached a picture of what I received tonight. That is not a picture of the pizza's from my prior post. 5/3/2020 Getting disappointed with buying overcooked pizzas from this store. Taking a break from pizza hut and buying well made pizzas elsewhere. 9/3/2020 Ok, after 3 months I decided to go back and try Inwoods Pizza Hut again, was in a rush after a long day at work but decided to pick it up rather than delivery. I asked to see the pizza before paying for it this time rather than have them deliver me a burnt pizza like they have done several times this past year. Honestly, really was expecting the pizza to be better than the last few times I've ordered from them. It wasn't, the cheese pizza and cheese bread sticks were clearly overcooked that the top of the cheese was a deep brown. That is not a good quality product and it's sad that they are pushing a bad product on customers. There are 5 other pizza restaurants in Inwood alone, few miles further many more (especially a really good one in Middleway). With Pizza Hut filing for bankruptcy and closing 300 stores, I had expected this store was going to get it's act together and up the quality of its product to keep it's business. I asked the girl whom let me see the pizza, does this look burnt to you. Her response was that it was not. At that point, I closed the boxes, thanked the girl and walked out. I will not be back. My money will go elsewhere. Anthony's pizza was very well made and those working there were very helpful.

I ordered from Pizza hut last night. I got a call back from someone who had no personality at all. She told me they did not have a driver that could deliver until 8:30. It was then 7:20pm & I told her fine as long as my pizza was hot & fresh. At 8:40 a nice young man delivered. When I opened the the box the pizza was cold & tough. So no more Pizza Hut pizza for me. I threw it away with the exception of 2 slices. I am 78 years old and never again will I order from the Pizza Hut but will discourage anymore from ordering from the Pizza Hut in Inwood, WV..

Ordered pizza online came in to pick up. half of my order wasn't ready. Cheese sticks were overcooked had to wait another 15 min when there was only my order in oven. Will never order from this place again. Lady only remembered to put other half of order in after I had paid. Mind you I only ordered 1 big dinner box.

My pizzas were pulled out of the oven before reaching the end of the cooking cycle. This leaves them a bit doughy and under cooked. Also, the pizza was lacking toppings on 2 of the 8 slices of one of the pizzas from the big dinner box I ordered.
