Same as every other sheetz. Nothing special but not terrible. **EDIT** Went here today and ordered 1 whole sub, 1 sandwich, and one pizza. Got home and everything was stacked on top of the pizza box, which apparently they didn't even bother closing fully, and it was completely smashed. I wouldn't typically be mad about something like this, but it was for my daughter.

Cashier licks fingers to open bags and then proceeds to pick up drink cans via the top of the can with fingerlick hand to place in bag. I hit up corporate about it and they sent me a $10 gift card; hooray, that may be an overpriced sandwich. If I had missed work due to a cold or flu (not even gonna touch the 'rona situation), I'd be out for 4 figures of pay that was easily preventable. I'll hit up ROCS from now on and use their self checkout. Heckin' nasty.

Ordered drinks through curbside delivery and I didn't see they gave me the wrong drinks till I got home. When I tried to call the store to let them know what happened, it took forever for someone to get to the phone and they just hung up on me without even saying anything.

Got breakfast for the family. Ordered a breakfast burrito with salsa. I received a frozen burrito, the kind you'd get in a pack of 8 at the store, with a packet of taco sauce. Cold. I...what? MTO? Made to order? Microwaved to order seems more like it.The rest of the order was just as good. Nothing was finished. Blegh.

They took forever on one sandwich and kept arguing in front of customers behind the counter because one accidentally bumped into the other. They are both at a reasonable age to be mature enough to not do that in front of customers. 🤷🏼♀️

For nearby convenience, it's great that Shepherdstown has its own business that everyone has a resource for needed food and other basic items. I've never encountered any major problems when visiting either. However, turning left out of the parking lot may require some waiting due to the high volume of student traffic, but usually a kind neighbor will eventually let you through.

Living in Shepherdstown, there aren't a ton of quick food options, so eating here out of convenience is a frequent occurrence for me. But almosy every time i come in, there's something wrong with my order. Once, I got a steak and cheese sub. The bun was literally BURNT, and the amount of steak and toppings was laughable. I basically got a burnt bun that I could fully close together even with the toppings inside. When I took it back and showed the manager on duty, both he and the girl working the counter were absolutely unapologetic, and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for a quality sandwich. Today, I got two burritos and paid for nacho cheese TWICE because I wanted double nacho cheese. I don't have a problem paying 40 cents twice but I do have a problem with only getting one cup of nacho cheese. These are the latest occurrences at this store, but I've experienced things like this too many times to count. And their speed of service during busy hours is absolutely horrendous. I wish I could say their staff is better. Some are nice, but there's a woman who works there almost every morning that looks absolutely miserable, and makes the customer feel as though he/she is inconveniencing her. Look, I get that they're located in a small town, and since competition is scarce, they don't have to worry about spending too much time on quality service and attention. And I'm not going to say "Well, service is slow but that's a Sheetz for ya." No. There's an amazing Sheetz in the next town over that I'm sure would love to have my business.

Was the ONLY customer in the place tonight. Ordered a sub and two bacon/chili dogs....the hotdog buns were upside down and the bacon was totally undercooked and stretchy. My sub was a mess of ingredients thrown together, wasn't toasted and had the wrong cheese. I understand when they're busy but again, I was the ONLY customer. Not acceptable.
