Mary Lee, her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Opening an account with her is done in short time but includes friendly banter without the stiff lipped attitude you find at other places. EXCELLENT service from Mary to open a new business account. I received a prompt return phone call. We discussed all documents needed to set up the account when on the phone so that I was fully prepared, had a same day appointment and she professionally set us up that afternoon. Just opened several accounts here and I'm very excited to use their lobby (especially with their convenient hours)! Which sounds weird, but my old bank has been drive through only for months..and I am beyond tired of 20+ minute wait times at Landmark.. We received great service here at Tri City...
