Good selection of beers, although I wish they were more sours! A good place to stop off the interstate. Good kids menu that they actually serve on a plate suitable for Littles! I was also impressed with the fruit option, included berries versus other places who just serve mostly melon. Steak salad was quite good, the tomato soup and grilled cheese was not exactly what we were expecting, the tomato soup was more of a dipper versus an actual cup but both are good. Will continue to stop here on our way to Minneapolis.

I honestly forgot to provide the review when I went there last year. I do remember that the food was above average in terms of taste and quality along with the pricing was right on point with what you are getting. They also have a large selection of hand crafted beers on tap or in a can. Plenty of seating to accommodate a larger group of people.

Tap House is a consistently great restaurant. My family has dined here about 5-6 times and the food is always really good. Tonight, our server was Grace M. and she was wonderful! She was quick but never rushed us, checked on our table throughout the meal and was really friendly and caring. She recommended the Chicken Wild Rice soup and it was a hit! This is a solid restaurant with great food and dependable staff. I highly recommend it!

Where to begin? The staff, the atmosphere, the beer, and the food are out of this world. The cheese curds were the best cheese curds anyone at our table had ever had. They have three choices and we had the traditional curds. Great selection of beers. Wonderful menu options with unique hamburgers. We were all very satisfied and plan to come back and try a different entree soon. Everything plate we saw go by our table looked tasty. Staff were great. Loved the atmosphere.

First timer here on the Cheese Curd Crawl. Except I couldn’t have ANY curds…or ANYTHING on the appetizer menu due to a fish allergy. I’m allergic to fish and they fry everything in the same oil. What a shame. (My daughter had the chicken and fries- also shared in fishy oil). The burger was outstanding. As was my waiter. But I won’t return here because the good stuff on the menu is contaminated for us with allergies.

Great list of beers on draft. They definitely don't disappoint there! Cheese curds were fantastic, walleye tacos were awesome, and did I mention the beer?! Couple of great pints from local brewers here in Eau Claire (The Brewing Projekt's Gunpowder and Lazy Monk Brewing's Bohemian Dark) were first-rate.

Has the feel of a typical sports bar. We had higher expectations of this place based on the beer list, but service was very slow, and food/drinks were even slower. Workers were friendly everything was just super slow. Food was edible but all the meats and fried foods were over cooked. Decent beer list though.

We went here last night and absolutely loved it. Their "boneless wings" are AMAZING - chunks of tender white meat chicken with a bit of crunch on the outside. We tried them with spicy garlic sauce and sweet chili - both were good, but the sweet chili was out of this world. Our server was quick, friendly, and attentive. As the Tap House name implies, they have a very extensive beer list, and they run specials. I tried two unique beers, and my husband (who doesn't drink alcohol) was very pleased that he was given the option to customize his lemonade with several fruit flavors - they even had mango, his favorite. We both liked our burgers. My husband especially loved his, the pepper jack guac burger. Their beer-battered fries are my favorite type of french fries, crispy and delicious, and my side of mac and cheese was awesome - the spiral noodles really hold the cheesy sauce well. Since we live out of town, I'll just have to dream about their boneless wings until our next visit to Eau Claire. Be sure to join their "Tap House Club" on their website - you get a free appetizer just for joining. I found this was easier to do on my computer than on their mobile site. This place is awesome, and already I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I went here the other night. I had only been here once a few years ago. The food was super good!!! I had wings and he had a burger. I had zero complaints about the food! It was hot, fresh and probably the best wings I’ve had in awhile! We also ordered chips and dips which was huge!! The only complaint would be the slow service but I assume it’s like everywhere else as a lot of places are short staffed!

This was my 1st time going there. The food was very good. It tasted absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our waiter was no good. He kept coming to us and apologizing for not paying us enough attention And taking too long to take our orders. But that's only because we kept watching him and he was continuously going over to a table with 2 beautiful women during a football game. When we got our bills we we were completely shocked and amazed by the fact that they charged us $11 for 1 can of beer that we didn't even finish because it was disgusting. So the food was good. The service was bad. And their prices are ridiculous for alcohol.
