When it came time to sell my vehicle Zach with Lenz Auto was very quick in responding to me. He honored the Kelley Blue Book recommended sale price and had everything arranged prior to me dropping my vehicle off at their dealership. All I had to do is review the paperwork and sign the documents when I got there, making the process simple and quick. Zach also made sure to have transportation arranged back to my home which was an added bonus to the process. I would definitely go back to Lenz Auto first if I was considering selling a vehicle again in the future.

Purchased my fourth truck from Lenz and as with my previous purchases, great process and good people! From the trade-in process to the final sale, smooth process. Paul was great and deserves five stars, even after a setback where someone purchased the vehicle I initially intend to purchase and agreed to pay $200 to have it delivered. Well, stuff happens and Paul and the staff worked diligently to help me find something I’d like. I also appreciate the unplanned conversation I had with mechanic before my test drive. Paul the sales guy (and Dave in finance) are amazing. Easy to work with. They listen to you and want you in a vehicle that makes your happy. I bought a truck from them and a few days later decided it wasn’t the one for me - they bent over backwards to redo the contract for a different one. The new truck had a small door ding and they fixed that for me free of charge too. And they have such a big selection here! Most of the vehicles are priced at market value. Wonderful experience.

Mike Buhler is the man! I had nothing but great encounters with everyone at Lenz, from Mike my salesman to Dave in finance. Mike was super flexible and even FaceTimed with me so that I could see the vehicle before I purchased it. When I went to pick the vehicle up it had a small dent it the rear fender. Lenz was awesome about getting it fixed, I will most likely be purchasing more vehicles from Lenz in the future and I highly recommend them!

Kyle Rutkowski at Lenz Truck went above and beyond for us in the vehicle buying process. He was responsive, straightforward, and extremely helpful. Kyle took extra videos of the vehicle to ensure we saw every aspect that we wanted and made the entire process a breeze. I never would have imagined purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, but being hundreds of miles away, Kyle made absolutely sure we had all of the information we needed. From texts to emails and even calls on his personal time, his service was remarkable. Dave Reilly from the financing team was also incredibly helpful and responsive, even after hours. The delivery process went extremely smooth and was easier than I could have imagined. Even the delivery drivers were courteous and helpful. I stopped in one Friday to look at trucks after spending time over at Summit. I liked a couple of trucks and Charlotte get me in for test drives . I wasn't ready to fully commit yet as I liked a truck over at Summit. I was also concerned about the truck not having the puck system. After I left, Charlotte sent me a text telling me I could get a 5th wheel base that would use the gooseneck hitch point. That was awesome of her. So fast forward nearly two weeks and I went back to Summit to look at a 2022 Ram. I drove it and didn't like the ride but I was still thinking about it until they lowballed me on my trade. We drove over to Lenz at 6:40 (they close at 7) and Paul Parent brought the truck around for us to drive saying "take your time". He appraised my trade and gave me a whopping 5 grand more than Summit!! That was the game changer, plus everyone at Lenz was ZERO pressure! I went back up the next day and bought the truck. Charlotte was back in so she handled the remainder of the paperwork. It was an awesome buying experience! The truck is great and Lenz was great as well!! Save yourself the headache and just go to Lenz first!!
