Thank you for for getting me in so fast. Another hour without AC and I think I would have melted. The inspection thing you do for free is fantastic. You found a problem I didn't know about that could have put me out of service. Thank you for everything you did. I'll definitely use you guys again if the need arises.

Hello Guy's, I would like to thank the JX whole team they did very professional job fixed my truck in timely manner 1. They made us an appointment for my truck to come in A day head 2. Truck was in shop on time 3. Shop forman ordered parts we need and they let us make the delivery 4. Next day my parts were in at 6:00am and i didn't have to wait for the parts to come in 5. truck was ready in 3 hrs. Next day I highly recommend The JX Peterbilt. Good Job Guys keep up the good work. Absolutely the worst is around. 12hrs for service,new batteries,and replace airbag. Drove away and now no power to truck tol jumped off and absolutely no power to tri pac. Called to tell guy at service desk about the problem I was told the guy that worked on my truck has 40years he doesn't make mistakes. I need to get towed back in if I want it fixed not actually come out and do it. I have to ask my company to flip the bill for a tow. Not exactly right if you ask me but what do I know I dont have 40years and just a dumb truck driver. If you read comments from others you will see supposedly the owner saying how sorry he is about poor service and they strive to be better. Just exactly how long does that take it's been years now and still no improvement. Went back next day to have truck fixed correctly and as soon as I walked in door guy at service desk got defensive and informed me that they didnt do anything wrong and it would be Monday before it got worked on. I made sure he knew that I needed it now not Monday and all they need to do is look at batteries to make sure it was all hooked up. I was again I formed they dont mess up on that kind of stuff its impossible for it to be. So he told a mechanic to look at it and make me wait til Monday. Well when battery box was opened he found tri pac wire was not hooked up along with another cable that plugs near fuel filter just hanging there also. So he got his trusty wrench and hooked up tri pac wire that they didnt forget and poof the tripac had power and started right up. The mechanic that got it right for me was nice,professional and not to pleased with the bs myself and he was told. Once again the crappiest place.

They promise you great service not the case. I lease a truck from them and when it needs more than a oil change and grease good luck. I need my truck jumped because of weak batteries and informed them of it when it can in for service left truck with them for the day came need moring truck dont start in their parking lot because their lease department ia to cheap to put batteries and tires on the truck.

This is my first time that I write some review and I just must !!! This service is not a joke, on joke You suppose to lough, this service make You cry. For truck that I bought In one dealership in WI they charge 8.500 to fix,and I pass around 7.000 miles and truck broke down. I brought truck again, and I we made deal to FIX EVERYTHING, and they charge again around 4.200 $. My driver pass 250 miles and again check lights, and again same noise on left front side. When I call to complain and I said that was spend 12.000 on truck and thet they didnt do guud job, meaning to bring truck to be fixed to dont wait 7 -10 days again, some guy Kevin(sorry if I didnt spell correct ) told me " You didnt pay that much, You pay only 477$ cash, other was transfered from Your dealer", I almost pass out. Like that Im not paying for that,what someone gonna give me 12.000 free, like that Im not loosing money? He also told me to go to other shop if im not happy, and he hang up on the end like girl, I wanted to ask him something else, but he was gone. No sorry, no noting, just trying to explain me that its my fault that they didnt fix. Imagine, he asked me " Did You put mechanic in truck that he can hear this sound". If there is someone who can listen to conversation in company, please do this and if Im lying Ill give You guys in peterbilt 1.000$. So unprofesional, so so rude.
