Stumbled in on this sweet treasure while dining in the area. I was so impressed with the selection of various gifts. The owner was so helpful. This little store is truly a treasure in downtown Hartford. If you are looking for a unique, one of a kind gift ... this is the place to stop!

Nice to find this in dt Hartford. However, those giving out samples should state that the procedure ahead of time without embarrassing customers. I want to like this shop, but have had a few bad experiences in there. seems like they just put up with us most of the time. Owners are nice, though.

I appreciate being able to purchase a candle to support Milwaukee women's empowerment and the Franciscan Peacemakers' work!! I look forward to giving a candle to one of my cousins during our Christmas candle exchange. I came in on a whim to buy a candle and ended up picking up a cute cardinal ornament and led snow globe decoration. Cute store and if I weren't minding my budget I would have picked up.lots more itemsup.

Jason helped me put together a gift over the phone. It was amazing!!! He was so kind and patient as he helped me pick out a gift for my friend and he sent photos via Facebook Messenger. I paid over the phone via credit card. Awesome experience. Awesome handcrafted items. Highly recommend!!! What a blessing!

I have shopped here before with no problems. However, I recently purchased 2 items. When checking out, I handed a gift card with a balance of $6.25 to the lady. I did not check my receipt (my fault). As you can see, the credit was never applied. Lesson learned: always check your receipt before leaving. I will think twice about returning.

While Wendy and Jason are both wonderful people, they certainly don't know how to keep their word about calling to inform the customer of an order they would like to place. Three times I have spoken to them and to date they have still not called me. I have given up and will take my business elsewhere.

Prior to 8-20-2020, I've never been here before. On 8-20-2020, I went in with Dianna and we had a look around on this beautiful shopping day. I found myself surprised in a pleasant way. This shop has a lot of really nice things. The employee who answered our questions was very helpful and professional. Awesome gift ideas can be found all over the shop. Cards, figurines, tokens, wall hangings and much more. This is a very nice shop.

One of my favorite shops to stop in at. So many items I like that it's to pick out only a few! Beautifully decorated, and the owners an absolute pleasure to talk to. They have a nice selection of memorial ornaments and trinkets, the cutest Christmas ornaments, purses, shawls, etc. It's a great place to do Christmas shopping! I absolutely love Faith & Giggles!! They have sooo many gifts options from jewelry, baby shower, Christmas ornaments, slippers, scarves, wall hangings and, the list goes on. The owners are helpful and kind.
