I love this Boost and the lady is super friendly but they don't have a wide variety of phones and getting connected even with a free phone isn't cheap

Sam and Lisa were lind and caring. They helped me with all my concerns, didnt talk down to me and went above and beyond. Easiest phone experience ever. Thank you After I went home I had a e mail from boost.. it said my phone was to be free. I called Boost, they said the same thing. Check on a Facebook page run by Boost dealers. Indeed my phone should have been free. I was charged 105.00. I was sold a block for 15.00. Told it was a new item, phone couldn't be charged without it. I was told nothing at home would work. Also not true. I changed my review from 5 stars, when I was talking about how nice and helpful Sam and Lisa were, to 2 stars.

Wow the worst shop I've ever been to. These employees aren't knowledgeable and can't tell a smart phone from a brick. Sold me a phone claiming it was new and that all new phones come with contactless/nfc capabilities, got home and the phone didn't work with Google pay. This shop didn't wanna take the phone back and refund me my money. They went ahead and charged me 'restocking fees', the employee became hostile and declined to give me my account number so that I wouldn't switch carriers. Avoid all these Kenosha boost outlets they're all operated by the same person, make the trip to Milwaukee or Chicago, believe me it's worth the trip. Or better yet AVOID boost mobile all together.

Sold me outdated phone at full price when all other phones had newer better phones for much cheeper and put me on $60 plan and $7 insurance said i had to get it found out i did nkt need any of it took insuance off next day and gkt $35 plan will never go there again

So helpful, friendly and fast! I went in to upgrade my phone as well as my wife's. They are so helpful to explain everything I needed to know. They are so courteous and we were in and out in 30 minutes! The in store service they provide is second to none, and I always leave there with a smile. If every store I shopped at was as smooth of an experience as here, I would not dread the many ones that arent. Thank you boost mobile for hiring such great service personnel! You got it right with this one! I will go nowhere else!
