Frustrating experience. The staff person put on a replacement screen protector. The installation was horrible - no wiping the screen to get off dirt, no pressing down so the screen popped off within 15 minutes, etc. Since the outlet is not a corporate store - it is a franchise - it did not carry the most expensive Zagg products. We finally walked out with a flipsy screen protector that quality is subpar with what we started with. I would highly recommend to visit another store to avoid the unfriendly and unhelpful service.

Ordered phone Tuesday, said they’d call/email when it’s in, 2-3 days. They never notified me about it being in, but I went back after 3 days to check and he said it wasn’t there. Came back the next day (still no email) they said it was there but their safe was broken so I couldn’t have it today. Then I check my Verizon acct and it says that the phone was delivered on Thursday, even though when I was there Friday they said it wasn’t there. Annoyed, stuck with a broken phone for an extra week while the new one sits in a broken safe. And nobody told me it was here, even though they said they would. Staff was lovely though

Awesome service today by Dillon (the younger)...Sounds like a Viking Name! He helped my very nervous 80 something mom replace her ancient 3g flip phone with a new 4g model. Her phone was so old it did not have a sim card to transfer the data. He called the customer service team and got the transfer done with no change to her prepaid plan. She was very happy and relieved that she could keep using an "old folks phone". Thanks, Dillon - you are amazing!

I came in on my lunch break, had one hour to buy a new phone and walk back. Dillon the manager, not only sold me a new phone, but he set it up, took my old phone, and gave me all the goodies plus a car stand all within that hour. I made it back to my destination before I was due! Painless and I’m happy with my new phone. Amazing

I regret not reading other people's reviews after my awful experience with this store.. I too was told that I would be able to get a FREE iPhone12 during a promotion they were having in the summer, and it was clearly stated to me this was not some deal with hidden fee, etc. Long story short - the phone was not free and I ended up on a 24 month payment plan for almost a thousand dollars. I obviously was shocked and went back to the store and spoke to Dylan about the scam he had sold me and asked to be removed from the promotion. I gave the phone back to him and he told me that they would ship it back to the factory and I would have the payment plan removed from my bill. Side note, there was also a 45$ service fee I paid that they messed up on refunding TWO times. I was reassured over and over again that this nightmare was over (while also never receiving any paperwork or order details). Can you guess what I found out the next month? Yup, I was still being charged for this stupid phone. The same thing has continued for months and the store has still not fixed the issue. I am at my wits ends with anger and sadness. I am angry about being lied to, taken advantage of, and my lost money. But I am more sad about the fact that these people preyed on my naivety and non-native English skills to make an extra buck. Overall this whole thing sucked (and still is sucking because the issue is STILL not fixed) and I hope that even one person who sees this can also avoid the store at all costs. Wish I could give this zero stars.
