James and Aaron are so incredibly friendly and explain things in such a nice way for you to understand. They are highly professional in their work and their customer service. They are wonderful to work with. They give very fair pricing and only recommend you to do anything that is actually necessary unless you specifically want more done. I can't say enough great things. They got us in to evaluate a coolant leak same day and had us back on the road the next day for a fair price. They were great and expect them to be our regular service center.

We had gotten our car fixed up by our regular mechanic before taking a trip; ended up in Madison halfway through the journey with a worrying scraping sound from the wheel. James at Westside fit us into their workload, put the car up, found the heatshield was rubbing on the brake disk, bent it back into place, and had us back on the road immediately! Can't recommend these guys enough!

I went to Westside Service Center as a first time customer because of their excellent customer reviews, and I was very pleased with their service. The online scheduling was easy to use, I got an appointment right away, and when I arrived for an oil change they got my vehicle in right away. I was back on the road again in short order and they were professional and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely go b ack there for service in the future. Service: Oil change

We found a leak after hours so dropped the car off with a note and called the next day. Westside Service Center fixed the problem and changed a bulb and got the lights working correctly (while 2 other service stations were still waiting for parts that apparently weren't needed!) I have very rarely experienced service this good. I dropped my car off overnight on Monday, James called me later that day with a diagnosis, pricing, and clear explanation of the issues I was having. I added another request at that point, he accommodated my request, and STILL the repair was done the next morning. I should also note that this same repair on the other side of the car (done at the dealership a year ago) cost us $1100. At Westside it was $550 - with better communication, clarity, and speed. I have definitely found my new mechanic, and will be recommending Westside in the future! Services: Battery, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Steering & suspension repair

They could have charged me for something that wasn't really necessary to do right now but instead gave me options and told me that the things he saw wrong with my car really don't need to be done right away but possibly in the future.
