It's great here! I enjoy coming here often. I notice that the employees are very knowledgeable. Although it is hard to find someone for help understand that their staff are limited. The wait time is a hit or miss. Overall, I do recommend this location and give it a try. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️

Dirty, shelves nearly empty, went there to go to the pharmacy and it was gated shut and no one knew when they opened back up.

This CVS serves as a UPS Access Point to pick up packages. Went to the store after receiving notice from UPS that my two packages were delivered there. Woman at the counter checked for the packages and said they weren’t there. I explained that I had two messages from UPS indicating time of delivery to the store. She said, well we probably won’t get them until tomorrow. I questioned why UPS would send me delivery confirmation and she didn’t have an answer. I left the store and called UPS. I was told that the packages were delivered to the store at 10:48 that morning. I called the store back and asked to speak with the manager. Turns out the manager is who I dealt with earlier. I told her UPS confirmed delivery to the store of both packages. She said, “let me check to see if your packages were delivered with the store items”. Sure enough, they were there. Why would you not check that when I was in the store the first time? Very poor customer service.

Some of the worst pharmacy services I've ever experienced. Frequently screwing up, not keeping the customer updated, employees that clearly dont know how to use their software. I wont be using this business for my meds again.

The cashier I had was so helpful and nice. There's something weird with my CVS account that makes it hard for me to get my deals, and she took the time to patiently help me. I ended up being able to use all my coupons and deals. It also seems a little bigger and more well stocked than some locations.

Horrible service!! Pharmacy staff rude as hell...they act like your bothering them by asking questions..the lady brushed me off..I left the store and called by phone because I had more questions...the lady got loud with me.. another lady yelling in the back ground talking over her I couldn't hear a thing...finally after getting no where with the conversation I asked to have my script transferred to another location (Wauwatosa location) then the lady said very nasty "you need to call them and have them pull it from us"!! I hung up. called the other store..the staff was awesome!! They were very helpful..they even went the extra mile to contact my doctor (after hours) then called me back personally (not a recording) and said everythings good you can pick up in 15mins!!

Terrible experience every time. It's close, so I go there, but I've always had an issue. Either they are out of the medication or there is some administrative issue that the staff is unable to address, so the patient loses. No regular pharmacist, inconsistencies, poor customer service, and overwhelming slowness. For those that need regular medication and communication between prescriber and pharmacy, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, especially if you take life-essential medications.

poor service, poor customer service. I was there earlier today to pick up a prescription. I called in advance to see if it was ready. Bruce, the flamboyant pharmacist who looks like Levar Burton from reading rainbow, slammed the phone down before I even got a chance to ask if my prescription was ready. i called back and he answered again apologizing for the blunder. I've been with this pharmacy for over 6 years and have watched it slowly decline over the years. They never have the medicine you need in stock, and say they will order it but forget to. I once had a prescription on hold for 2 months...yes, not exaggerating. In addition this location is never staffed enough as its usually slow, however at peak times there may occasionally open a second register. This location is also frequently robbed at gun point. you can check out videos on youtube showing the robberies. It's sad what this store has become. Save yourself the hassle esp if you have life essential medicines and go to walgreens down the street. You'll be glad you did.
