If I would be able to give them 0 stars I would. The only reason they deserve 1 star is because of the manager I talked to after the situation occurred. I went to the pharmacy this morning to pick up my prescription. There was another customer in front of me that was trying to figure out if her medication would be covered under insurance or good RX. There was another technician standing in the back not even filling prescriptions or doing anything just looking off into the distance. There was also the pharmacist standing there picking their nose with a Kleenex. I then proceeded to ask if someone would be able to help me since there was another technician standing there doing what seemed to be nothing because I needed to get to school. The technician that was helping the customer in front of me proceeded to start yelling and getting a terrible attitude with me that because my poor time management is not an emergency. The funny part about this situation is that this employee does NOT know one thing that is happening in my life. I have been balancing two jobs, graduate school, and tending to a sick family member everyday. This was my only 20 minutes I was able to pick up my medication considering I was out and didn't even take it this morning. The customer she was helping was kind enough to let me go in front of her. This technician who didn't even have her name tag showing continued to lecture me that the pharmacist does NOT sell medication and that they were not just standing around. They may not have been just standing around but they need to communicate that with their customers because that is what it looked like. I work in a pharmacy and also go to a pharmacy to pick up medications for family members and there has been dozens of times a pharmacist will sell me the medication I am picking up. It is not unheard of that the pharmacist will jump in to help. I asked this employee why she was being so mean to me and she just kept yelling that my situation is no emergency. I hope this employee is fired or at bare minimum talked to. I would like an apology because you don't know what someone is going through so DO NOT assume you are the smartest one in the room.

Three times bad experiences with this pharmacy. They never give you the entire prescription just partial or sometimes they say it’s the entire prescription when really you’re missing a few pills. They need to step it up and make sure they are providing good service because people just waste their time and energy by picking up meds in this pharmacy only to come home with half the bottle or less.

Was just there. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to unlock a generic otc medication. While I was waiting a clerk got into a shouting match with a customer. Later when I was checking out,the clerk was complaining to another clerk about the lady right in front of several people waiting to check out. Very poor customer service!

This pharmacy staff is rude, unorganized, and displayed very little care for the customer. I’ve had my prescriptions sent here for 8 months and 6/8 months they have either not had it filled when I was notified it was, filled it for less than it was supposed to be and made the process of getting that corrected a multiple-day ordeal with my doctor, or didn’t have my meds in stock. Just a poor quality location, don’t waste your time or energy here.

It saddens me how unappreciative customers are at the pharmacy. Every time I go in for my medication everyone around me is complaining, some even yelling because their waiting too long or something doesn't seem right about their medication. The last time I was in today (2/10/2022) at around 12:50pm I was being helped by Miranda, (Tina? the pharmacist) and another lady, they were all being so nice helping between my medication and insurance fix. As I am waiting a bit in-between conversation on my medications there were 3 people (elderly) yelling and hollering because they were waiting for 40 minutes to talk to the pharmacist.. For all who read this remember, we are still in a pandemic and shortages of workers especially in healthcare is at large so be kind and understand they are doing their best. Thank you to all at this walgreens for doing your best

Don’t bother complaining to corporate about this store. They have the manager (you called out by name in the complaint) call you regarding her actions. Corporate doesn’t care this store mixes up prescriptions more than they get them right. Come here if you want Neighbor Joes prescription instead of yours! They’re not going to care until someone dies and now they’re forced to care. WHEN ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO TAKE ALL THESE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY?!?

This Walgreens is notoriously slow, particularly in the pharmacy. Today I was in the drive through line for 45 minutes. I opted for this pick up option because last time I went inside I stood in the queue for 30+ minutes. The prescription was sent through yesterday and wasn’t ready until this morning when I was already at work. I almost missed a time sensitive medication due to a delay in filling the script in addition to the 45 minute wait time at pick it up. I have no issue with the friendliness/helpful nature of staff but the pharmacy delays have been a consistent issue that have only been exacerbated by the pandemic. I can only hope things get better in the future.

I've never had to wait so long in line at the pharmacy. I went at 3:30pm and waited half an hour, with only 3 people in front of me. There is no reason it should be busy and it even labeled this time as being "less busy" but soooo many people came and piled up behind me in that time because it took a rediclous amount of time to pick up a prescription.

The pharmacy always takes forever and is really slow. I called yesterday to see if my son's prescription was ready and was told yes. Today I was told it was going to be 20 minutes so I had to go back in line. The lady was extremely rude and not friendly at all. Took over an hour to get one prescription. I picked Walgreens for convenience and location so I'm extremely disappointed.

Second star only because the pharmacy is open 24 hrs & you can drop off old meds (things the local branch doesn't dictate). This is not the only drive thru pharmacy in Oconomowoc FYI, just look across the street. Two weeks ago I had a complaint and the pharmacist called the manager. I thought I was going to talk to her but she simply spoke to the pharmacist and walked away. Customer service? And on 4/18/18 I was told they do not offer blood pressure measurements despite what their website says. It was suggested I go to Wal-Mart. Good idea.
