Sloppy is the best word I found for their efforts. When I attempted get my nails fixed, i tried to explain that I wanted the entire nail bed painted. The sides and the area right before the cuticle were not painted. She kept talking about not covering the cuticles. I've gotten pedicures for years and I know that you don't leave gaps unpainted because of the cuticles. She was offended and sloppily painted on more toenail to make her point. She half heartedly took out acetone to correct her painting. I looked at my daughter's own toenails and it was also a similar sloppy job. The lady who did her toenails had also backed up the woman who did mine. If my usual nail salon hadn't been to busy today, I would not have come here. Update: as readers can tell from the long rant by the salon, the people staffing are not very pleasant when asked to improve. They still are not apologizing and refuse to take ownership for their sloppy work. You do not leave gaps between the skin and nails on both the sides and top to avoid painting the cuticles. My background should not play a role in this discussion. I do not think it appropriate that you would bring up my race. I never brought up my race on the phone or in the salon. One of your staff members actually asked my sister while doing her nails what her race is. Apparently race makes a difference to your salon. Payment was not the issue. The call I placed to your salon was to address the sloppy work then the bad attitude when asked to correct it. I refused to come back to get the nails fixed because of the negative response in the salon. Just like your response on here, the attitude and the tone is pretty rude.

I'm writing this as my feet and legs are being scrubbed with something that smells like citrus heaven. I'm so happy to have found this place, great location and super nice inside, love the chairs and they have a great selection of polishes, imo. Plus really friendly!! I'll be coming back! This shop is one of the best shops in the area. They always do their best to make sure a customer leaves satisfied. Although it’s sometimes very busy, the service is well worth the wait. The family that runs it is friendly and they make you feel comfortable with whatever situation you have going on. They ALL do great work down to nails, toes, and more. creates a fun conversational environment in the shop. That’s the main thing that I love about this shop, they make an effort to connect and be social with the clients. Being located they handle conflict really professionally. They are also really clean and don’t rush. Once it’s your turn it is all about you. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Service: Nail art

I feel the service you get depends completely on the nail tech. I’ve visited several times and am usually very satisfied. Yesterday was the exception. I went for a pedicure and gel manicure. I wanted some simple nail art but I didn’t ask for it because it was obvious from the beginning the nail tech wouldn’t have been able to handle it. Pedicure was very baseline service rather than a spa treatment plus he totally tried to change the color I choose. He again tried to change up the gel color. Tools used didn’t seem to have been sanitized. Foil used to soak off previous polish was wadded up and wrinkled as it had obviously been used previously. I also witnessed a customer come in for a service who was turned away because of lack of staffing when they had an appointment. Receptionist spent the entire time I was there lounging in a chair in the waiting area scrolling through her phone. I’m not sure I will return again. It may be time to check out the new nail salon in Verona. Service: Gel manicures

This salon is so peaceful, clean, and very skilled. I love how the customer is their main concern when entering the salon. Its barely a wait time because they are so quick to service you as soon as you enter in. They are very nice people whom actually love people so that makes the service even better. Large variety of polish to choose from very reasonable prices. I like Verona nails

I’m a man, 40 years of age and this was the first time in my life getting a pedicure. I brought my wife here to get a mani-pedi and she have been asking me to get one with her for years.they did my pedicure was very professional and kept the conversation going the whole time. I was entertain and I love the outcome, my feet never looked and feel so good. I give them a 10 out of 10. Oh and by the way I have the best man feet in the world, lol😀❤️❤️

We went to Verona Nails an Spa for the first time last night and I can honestly say it will be our first and last time! We hardly had anytime to look through the color choices to decide our colors before they starting working on our nails. The glitter that was added to my four fingers was an extra $10 which I couldn’t understand why because it’s not an art that had to be drawn on and it’s not ombré like I had asked but instead it’s literally just a straight across half nail job that has so much glitter piled on that it has formed a mound on my finger. My daughters nails are cute for just a regular nail polish job but instead of using a top coat she painted on cuticle oil and sent her on her way. I wish I could get the money back that we had spent because I will end up having to pay someone to fix the mess they made!! Not vey professional at all. Service: Manicure

This place is probably one of the best nail places I've been too. I believe that it's a family owned business, but I'm not sure. Their super kind and have polite manners. I'm going there again when I get my nails done!
