Terrible company. They were a week late on their estimated delivery window causing us to run out of gas. When we called to complain they were there the next day and overfilled the tank and charged us for the additional gas which we did not approve or budget for. We also thought we had a leak and called the emergency number in the coldest part of winter and they said they will call a tech to try to get someone out there, but couldn't promise anything. They didn't get out there until 12 hours later. What an absolute joke of a company.

Gals at the counter and fill area were both a joy to speak with and provided great customer service. Had to fill a 30# RV tank and recertify an older 30# tank. Prices were reasonable as well given big oil's grasp on supply (take a finance class if you thinks it's one person's fault). Will definitely revisit!

If I could give zero or even minus 5 stars for Ferrellgas I would!!! I did exactly what I was told by their customer service person and their tech for the last two years since beginning service with them. Which was called them when I was between 20-25% for a fill and they would come within 5 days. Then in January 2022 , When I called they now said it was going to be up to 10 days . When I said that’s literally a third of a month away and I was concerned because I need gas to keep the water lines from freezing for my farm animals not to mention my home. The customer service person reassured me that I’d have more than enough propane until the fill came and she said that the techs were out my way daily to fill Generac so it’s should be sooner than 10 days. At 8 days, my house wreaked of propane and my furnace and water heater thermostats kept trying to heat but their was no propane! They made me pay an emergency fee of $200 in addition to my propane fill. Also, I had told the techs every time they came to fill over the past two years that no matter when you walk by that side of the house that their 500 gallon tank is on you smell propane. They just shrugged it off and said that was normal. I’ve since found out that is only normal directly after a propane fill or if the tank is almost empty. I immediately switched to Insight FS which several neighbors have and are 100% happy. The Insight tech told me he worked for Ferrellgas before working for Insight and Ferrelgas is a horrible company that rips off their customers regularly. My advice is RUN from this company! Even though you’ve been a good customer Ferrellgas does NOT care about you, your animals or your investment!

We started out with Thermogas. They merged/ was bought out by Ferrellgas. With Thermogas, we NEVER had to prepay, call them for a refill, wait and wait for delivery, pay for maintenance on the equipment or deal with sarcastic, people in the office to get propane. We are going to switch. I don't believe ANY of the posted reviews !

Called for a refill when my tank was 30%, which is what the company recommends. My tank is now empty, I have a frozen faucet, and they want to charge me an $150 emergency fee.

We have used Ferrellgas for at least 10 years for our swimming pool propane heater. They are always very pleasant, helpful, and efficient to help us get the pool warmed up each year for the season. Delivery has always been great as well. Sometimes we don't praise the reliable good companies enough and they deserve the compliment. Thank you!

Everyone I have dealt with from Ferrellgas of Waukesha has been very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with, the people on the phone and the delivery drivers. Delivery arrived sooner than expected, it almost always arrives early. Great job, keep up the great work and excellent customer service!

In and out quickly. Like coming here because they charge by the pounds put into the tank, not sell only by the tank weather it's partially full or not.

Sold by tank not pound, so dont come here to top off a tank, yet it was filled on a scale?!?! Paid $30 to get a half full grill tank topped off!!! WTF
