They spent the extra minute to make sure I understood the service I was getting before and gave me every opportunity to change my mind. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very quick!

It's also nice to know that he prioritizes what really needs to get fixed instead of suggesting I get everything done all at once. We don't have money to fix all the problems right away. I also appreciate Vern taking me to work. It's nice not having to worry about getting a vehicle when he's going to work on my vehicle. By 8:30, Dave was at my house, jumped my car, took it back to the shop, replaced the battery and brought my car back to me. This kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and age. I will forever be a loyal customer to Brown Automotive, LLC.

Horrible service. I've called a total of 10 times and only once was I answered and given the runaround. I had my car there for over a week and after the first day all they needed was bolts. Today the bolts came finally but was told it wouldn't be done today. Wont go here again. Never answers my calls.

This place was a God send. Ran over a bungee cord and the metal went right into my tire. Made it here. I live about 45 minutes away and about to panic. They took care of everything right away. I was on my way in no time. Honest, price was very reasonable, great to do business with. I have found a new place to take my car that I know I will be able to trust.
