Just want to say Joseph Dominguez the sales guy that helped me get into my new car was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. First time buying at cowboy dodge and I will say there was zero hassle no pressure and the customer service is top notch. Joseph was just so helpful and down to earth overall a great guy, I highly recommend him to anyone looking into a new car he is the guy to talk to! I'm serious. This review is specifically for Internet Sales Manager Joseph Dominguez. I purchased my very first vehicle this year, and he made the process very easy. He contacted me right away to get started on the process of a custom built ram 1500. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. It was a 6 month wait and he kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was incredibly patient with my impatience. Once the pickup came in he made the buying process very smooth. It meant a lot to me that he seemed just as excited as I was about this major milestone in my life. If you are wanting a new vehicle go see Joe, he will make your buying experience amazing.

I worked with Kinzor Hoover and very much enjoyed the experience. Walking into the dealership, I had a basic concept of my requirements in a vehicle but little else. He walked me through all of the different options, allowing me to test drive everything that might fall within my parameters. He was very up front about their purchasing process and any fees that would be involved in the final price if I chose to buy through them. He was incredibly helpful finding out minute details about the truck I ended up most interested in and was eager to work with me to find my perfect truck, though never pressuring. While in the end I did not decide to buy Ram, I would certainly return if looking again in the future!

Sales Professional - Ryan Jensen walked the car lot with us several times, answered all our questions and took us on several test drives before he helped us make our decision. Ryan and everyone else we dealt with at the dealership was very professional and willing to do their best to make the experience a pleasant one (even the paperwork). Ryan even helped us transfer our belongings from our trade-in to our new pickup. Ryan followed up a couple days after the sale to be sure we were happy with our new RAM and understand all its features. I even received a call from the dealership to make sure we were satisfied and to make an appointment for our first oil change. The level of professionalism in this dealership is outstanding. We stopped off the highway with some unexpected service needs. After reading exceptional reviews, we knew this was the place. We have been to many dealerships for service as we travel the US. NON of them gave us full customer service like these great folks. The sales manager is an old dog that can't learn anything new, especially from a woman. I took my 2011 ram 3500 in to be appraised, the sales guy was great and very helpful. As soon as they needed the keys I was very insistent on someone who could drive a manual be the one to test drive it. He reassures me the sales manager knows what he is doing. I inform him that it has a stage 2 triple disc clutch on it and he passes the info along. The sales manager comes back with a complaint about the clutch rattling. I tell him it's because he let the clutch out too quickly. He argues with me about MY truck and assures me I am wrong. I offer to show him and he says what's there to show? Great management and customer service buddy. Needless to say I walked out without the quote a won't be returning since someone so misogynistic gets to decide the value of my vehicle. Tell the sales guy don't change a thing!

They lie and treat Military Veterans like dirt , don’t buy from theses crooks trying to make me pay for shipping on a car that it just got hail damage because they leave them sitting in snow storms . disprespecful workers that try and badger customers over the phone !! It’s not even worth one star ! This place is a Disgrace of a car lot ! If your a military veteran beware of these crooks!
