I went there on a Sunday when other places were closed. But I found my 11 and a half quadruple E running shoes. At first there was no help but I found a button that said push if you need help. I push it. After a few minutes I left being a happy camper

You should check your receipt for price discrepancies. I was charged $40 for pants that were supposed to be $33.99. They did refund the difference but I asked if they were going to change it so that future customers were not ripped off and they just said that was what it was in the system and they couldn't do anything about it. Everyone was friendly and helpful but it's not ok to knowingly rip people off.

very good customer service I ordered curbside they had my order out within 5 minutes and when they realized my basketball did not have much air in it they turned right back around went inside aired up for me and brought it back out promptly. The young man was very polite I highly recommend shopping here.

Truly outstanding customer service that one would not at all expect from a big box store. Several months ago I came in to purchase a crossbow that was on sale online. When I found the crossbow in store marked at a higher price they gladly adjusted their price to the online price. When I had an issue with that product months later I called the store and several people jumped through multiple hoops to get me information to help me get my warranty squared away.

My husband has been looking for weights for months. We happened to stop in and somebody checked in the back for us and there was a set!! It was like Christmas for him. I’m blanking on the employees name but he was absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

Such a pleasure to get good customer service these days. Made a special request to the manager, she approved it when she certainly did not have to. Two men loaded the car with great attitudes, very courteous. Both happily received a gospel tract and a short word on faith in Jesus Christ. Just an all around pleasurable visit. These kind of folks make me love Alabama!

Good store, but today I was in line and there were 8 registers, only 1 open. There were at least 7 customers in line and the cashier never even called for help. Maybe there was something i was missing, but she didn't seemed concerned that any of us were in line for 10 - 15 minutes or more. If she'd just called for help this would be 5 stars.
