My internet constantly goes out at least every other night. It always tells me the router and modem are unknown. They've came out to my house and switched my equipment several times over the past 3 years and it never gets better. The only reason I still have spectrum is because they are the only one in our area!

I had the best experience at this location tonight!! LeeAnna Simmons was amazingly patient with connecting my new phone and transferring my information. (Who knew 30,000+ text messages could be an issue 🙄 😒) She and the other young man working were awesome and entertaining!! Thank you for such a great service experience.

The lady who sorta helped us said she could not complete the request we had. We returned our equipment and wanted to downgrade to streaming. She took our boxes but told us we had to call to do everything else. We waited there an hour to be helped then had to come home and wait another 45 minutes on the phone.

Wait time is terrible. I wish Montgomery would have allowed us to pick up equipment. Spent my entire lunch break waiting with three workers present and three people in the lobby. One worker required assistance which caused the other worker to be assisting her. There was one worker with no clients that kept walking to the back and walking back to his computer.

Worst case of customer service I have received in my 62 years. Always great people I speak with on the phone and never had any trouble with any Spectrum service. I will go without any service on anything before I go back in thst store. If I could, store only..minus 50 stars.

This was my 1st time using this store. I typically frequent the one in Montgomery, but we were on a time crunch and in the area. I slid into the parking lot at 4:59, knowing they closed at 5 and were probably already closed. My hubs ran up to the door carrying the remote that had died the night before. He pulled on it, and it was (understandably) locked. He started to walk away, and employ opened the door behind him, asking if a remote was all he needed. Thank you so much for not another night without cable. Totally appreciated this young man and his dedication to customer service!

We just switched from AT&T and WOW to Spectrum. Courtney at the Prattville branch went above and beyond to help get all of our services switched over and to get everything we needed at an AMAZING price! She made the process a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend her and Spectrum.

If I could make a review negative stars, I would. This is the worst company, and of that, the worst location. The employees are angry and unhelpful, they can’t exchange items for you, and they won’t accept or recycle the power cords of the items they take back. When I tried to leave the power cords with them, they said “I’ll call the cops and have you arrested for littering”. Littering their equipment! Our router died 6 months ago and they never replaced it, I had to use my own I had from a previous provider. Do not use this company. They are garbage people.
