Understaffed, this is the third time I try to use the drive-thru while the light is green and had to wait over 10 minutes. If they dont have enough people to take care of the drive-thru why have a line open. Ended up having to go inside either way

Called several times; there was no answer. The teller could not answer my questions and I waited 20 minutes with no manager attention. Instead the manager was chatting with the tellers. When I asked for help she indicated she was busy. This branch is by far the worst experience I have had with Chase in 15 years

This branch is only good for deposits and withdrawals other than that there’s often no one available to help open accounts, or any business accounts. Upon entering on Wednesday at 2:45 there are no one in the cubicles. I received notice that I would have to schedule and wait a week to open a youth checking account. I have had other issues with trying to schedule appointments

Everytime that I go in the Chase lobby(warner/alma) they are polite and friendly. Even when I did not wear the mask months ago they were "polite"......But the last 2 days the lobby has been "closed temporarily"(signage on the door) .....it would have been nice to share the actual reason for the closure......whether it be for a lack of workers or a covid outbreak with one of them. It would have been nice to know. Ken

No one ever answers the phone when you call, if you do get ahold of someone they are always rude. The drive thru hours are posted on the window, but when you go it seems like they are NEVER open. I've been going to the one on McClintock and Ray because they are much friendlier, the drive thru is always open when they say they are, and I am typically in and out in 5 minutes. Don't waste your time going to this one on Alma School and Warner.

My husband and I made an appointment with someone to have them put me on his account for the next day. They told us the specific person that we would have an appointment with. When we got there the next day on time for our appointment, our representative took another customer instead of us. We were then told that our appointment was with another representative, and that representative would be busy with their previous customer for at least another 20 minutes. They told us that we could wait 10 minutes for someone else to come help us. What is the point of making an appointment with someone if they are just going to move you to someone else that is unavailable??? We had plans after our appointment and didn't have time to wait. They scheduled us an appointment for the next day, but didn't think having an appointment would do us any good from our experience that day so we made an appointment at another branch. We will not do business at this branch anymore.
