Never more than one or two tellers for both walk in and drive thru. Litle or no personal bankers. A drive thru that constantly has 2 of its 3 lanes blocked. Manager rarely if ever on site. Tellers who are all new every three months. Complete waste of time.

The worst experience and I have worked at wells and banked there for years. Never seen a branch so unbecoming and unprofessional. One of the employees made a comment as I walked in while the teller snickered as they looked in my direction. Couldn’t fulfill my request for registers because they said it was a supply issue. In all reality, they had plenty to spare and the lead teller and service manager didn’t want to accommodate my request because they already placed their staples order and didn’t want to have to place a secondary order. Terrible service.

Just left the drive thru and was serviced by Hailey. As a business owner I can appreciate a quick simple drive thru visit. She had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks Hailey!

This is the worst Wells Fargo and I've had my account for 15 years. Something is always broken or they don't have any staff members. It's always something. Just now, I walked in asking if they have a banker available and the woman laughed and said no. Other well Fargo's have bankers available. Worst Wells Fargo. It either needs to be under new management, fixed up or just close it.

In a time that we are in, I can say I am not at all comfortable going into this branch! The service is great. However, you are standing less than 6 feet from other customers. There is no CDC regulated social distancing available for the individuals who choose to speak with a teller.

Original review - 5 stars I have been with Wells Fargo for over 25 years now. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service both at the local branch here in Tempe and also online. 2020 Things seem to be changing for the worse. Arbitrarily removed my lines of credit - not sure why. Perhaps because I had never used them. They claim they notified me by email. I dug through my emails and they did send me one email which I overlooked and never responded to. You would think however they would call you or ask you for a response i.e. the default would be no change. Also went through that whole exercise of creating additional accounts - which I never used and eventually closed out. They got their knuckles wrapped for that by the courts...

I am corrected with how I am wearing a mask yet not one person is wiping down key pad surfaces. In addition to directing me on how my mask fits, I would encourage you to clean your bank. Update: wells social media team. I am not sure why you need me to send you an email when you have all of the information you need if you wanted to actually address it.
