Cierra is really nice and helpful. She helped me open a new account and a credit card. Also, she answered all of my questions with patience and professional advice. All the other bankers are awesome, too. I’ll definitely recommend students who just arrive Tempe to come here and open your first account.

They have someone who goes up and down the line of people waiting, to ask them to use an atm. Line grows with only one teller quick. Understand the need to meet and greet, but comes a point where you roll your sleeves up to help to get customers out the door quicker.

The WORST bank in America, and this is the WORST BRANCH of the worst bank in America. B of A closed my account because I used the cash a check feature on the app. This was after they had given me the run around during our entire relationship. On the day they closed it, without informing me, another deposit for $50 through zelle had been deposited in my account. They kept the $50 and promised to mail me a check in the future. I have yet to receive my $50.so,in effect, B of A simply STOLE MY MONEY, and closed my account. I am going to have to take them to court and waste more time on this rag tag outfit. I am Ashamed that this "business" is named after my country. I know that they do not represent the scruples, or values that America is based on. SHAME ON YOU BANK OF AMERICA, SHAME!

Couldn't deposit a check because they were "unsure" about it but would not elaborate despite me being willing to provide any information needed. They couldn't confirm with a manager because he was at another location so it was refused. I was the only customer there. The teller was trying to be polite but this was super inconvenient.

Ernest the bank manager needs to be fired or be dealt with disciplinary actions. He not only threatened me through the phone but when I got there he used his own body to threaten me and got right into my face. The other manager just watched and kept siding with Ernest. I am not happy with both managers but if one needs to be fired Ernest should be the first to go. I've used Bank of America for 15 plus years and they kicked me out threatened me and locked me out. I will never be going to this bank again and I recommend no one going the worst customer service ever

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I went out of my way to go in and get some help 40 minutes before they close. I was instantly met with an unwillingness to help. Ernest, the manager, was the least helpful person I’ve ever met. He did not even try to understand or fix my situation. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for as long as I can remember, have multiple accounts opened with them, and I’ve never had something like this happen to me, even at this location in the past. Two issues I wanted to fix (one had been going on for 2 months now) and he was not willing to help with either of them and basically kicked me out. Don’t waste your time at this location as they’re pretty much useless, just call digital services.

Just needed a temp debit card since the one sent to me was never received. I needed a card sooner so customer service told me to go to a branch for a temp and they'd send another regular mail. I come here, and I have to make an appointment... To get a temp debit card... AND the person in charge of that was on lunch... As was I. I informed I work during normal business hours and still they asked if 2 or 2:30 worked for an appointment? I say they because the whole time the MANAGER was standing by the teller over seeing the conversation... Wow.

I don't know why all the negativity. These were Some of the friendliest people I ever met. Especially Joseph Nola, he has a satisfying answer to any question you may have. He might sound condescending sometimes, but believe me he is not. Of course there is a wait time, you are not the only person using Bank of America. Schedule an appointment a day or two before and you won't have to wait a second. Don't blame them for your lack of foresight. The manager, Ariana is so funny, even if you have a wait time, she will make sure you are not bored. Then there is Saba, wanna feel like talking to an old friend? Go to Saba. Great place to do business, I strongly recommend it.
