The manager is completely unhelpful, worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. I would recommend going to another location.

Went in last weekend to change from Verizon to T-Mobile and from Cox to T-Mobile Home Internet. We were fortunate to work with Gustavo, a very knowledgeable man about their product and service. I have never had such great service from a cell store before. My husband was uncomfortable changing from Verizon and Cox but when he saw how much we would be saving he was happy. Gustavo went above and beyond providing us with their best deals and responded to all our questions thoroughly. He was extremely patient and kind. I would highly recommend this store. Ask for Gustavo! He's definitely a Mobile Expert. He's just like having a friend in the business :)

Carlos was outstanding from when we arrived. He helped us switch to the mobile from Verizon with no pressure to get a new phone. He then went on to give us the apparatus to get their internet. We can try it and if we don't like, we can return it. No charge for service unless we keep it . Carlos saved a bunch of money for us seniors!

I thought my old phone's screen was cracked and that I needed a new phone. "CAT" promptly diagnosed that it was only the glass screen protector that had cracked.' 😄 This type of ethical service is why I am a very loyal T-Mobile customer .

Wow so unprofessional. Just hangs up on me. Maybe if they had phones under $100 I'd come into to the store but with gas prices I'm not driving down there to be pressured into buying an expensive phone. Sorry not sorry.

Trying to switch carriers, and we had an issue with our phone not unlocking. We came into the store for assistance, and spoke with Dustin about the issue. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the situation. We got the phone unlocked in store and left happier than when we came in.

Outstanding customer service experiance with David G. today. We purchased an apple 13 pro max and a 7series watch, he set that up for us smoothly. David also cleared and set up our se iwatch to our 12mini, then cleared up a few billing descrepancies we have had. Thanks again David😎.

Waited 25 minutes and Brian wasn't no help. He check us in and we were next but went to another customer rather than us. Also we wanted to switch to iPhone. Wasted 30 minutes
