Edit: husband and I had to drive to a Tempe FedEx location to get a REFURBISHED phone, over a half hour away with these gas prices. All that money on "phone insurance", what a joke. AT&T I already spoke to your customer service department where they could offer no resolution other than to make us refile our claim with the same department who got the address wrong in the first place, they couldn't offer any other resolution then sending me back to your inept department. Thanks for making this over complicated, way harder than this should have been, as soon as these phones are paid off you're gone. Employees are okay, I hate AT&T as a service. Would rate 0 stars if I could, only reason we signed up was because our jobs last year required full service where we were, we're no longer there and we still owe money on phones on an outrageously over priced network. Yeah we don't have a traditional "contract" but we're stuck with them til the phones are paid off, for the money we have to pay for the same type of service right now, you're better off going to pay for Metro PCS and it's about $100 less. Don't waste your money for a service that's no better than Metro PCS or Tmobile, at least with Metro or TMobile they usually have perks like free Prime subscriptions or something

I would have to give this place a 5 star just because the employee actually fixed my problem that I was having with my data after years of calling and talking to different employees from different stores I came across this one with a gentleman named Anthony and he was amazing nice and really helpful! I will forever keep going to this guy just because how easy it was to talk and explain myself. Never seen my phone at 3-4 bars and now I do! Thank you Anthony! Best luck to you in your future!!

Staff here are the best. Shout out to Patrick for steering me towards right plan and helping me out quickly. All staff members were good and friendly. My transaction was done very soon and I was out of there in no time. Will definitely visit there in future.

Went in to get a simple new SIM card and Anthony had some lady change my families password without even giving one yet . Then said I’d have a SIM card shipped cause it’s “special” waited the “3-4 days” as he said . Then I never received it . This was my 3rd and 4th time this store messed around . Hate this store almost made me go to Verizon ! But greenfield store did it with a new employee in 5 minutes on her second day ! 1 star aj/Mesa store / 5 stars new employee & manager !

Edit because the Corporate Office handled this. I've been with AT&T for 10+ years, but my review stands true. That this happened at this store says something about the leadership: Totally got conned for about $900. When the Iphone 13 came out I figured hey I haven't got a new phone since the X. Well they gave me the phone for free with trading in my phone. Win/Win: I wouldn't trade in a phone for $250. On top of that because we were upgrading we got air pod pro's for ONLY $20. We didn't even need them, but figured hey they'll make good Christmas presents. Why would you not do that? We had such a good experience I even said hey I know you guys make $$$ of the accessories so I'll do your buy 2 get 1 free instead of buying them off of Amazon. That was for 5 phones. I even got their Direct TV stream ( which I don't regret at all). I recently noticed these charges on my bill & the charge was for accessories- I thought oh maybe the 5 screen protectors and 5 cases are coming out of my bill monthly for some reason? Looked into it further and it was for the air pods. We ended up getting 4-pairs when we upgraded phones because why would you not for $20? My husband was with me and he would attest to the fact that we were never told that we would be charged full price for the air pods & that we were getting because we were upgrading phones. In retrospect the deal was obviously too good to be true, but why would the guy lie to us. Still gets 3-stars because we did have a great experience. I will not likely return to this store again.

Eric was the best. He is so sufficient! He has a system of what to do so it took us just a short time to transfer services and to get 2 new phones added. He was so nice! I think he is the best rep I have ever worked with.

This was a very mixed review because, although the store rep was very knowledgeable and honest, there wasn't anything he could do to resolve the lies were we're told by AT&T as far as the true cost of our plan! Once again, AT&T lied about the price of our service and we now pay even more for less service! I'll bet that they will offer me a much better deal when I leave them!!!

Read the mask sign and went into store. Intercepted by a gentleman who lets me know I need to wear a mask/face covering. I pointed out the sign on the door and he said that they require masks. I let him know he may want to change out the sign to require masks. He said no and he can ask me to leave if I don't comply with what he said, not what was posted. Bye Wonderful thing is I can choose to spend my money anywhere.
