Well, I’ve called the store about 45 times today and it just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. Pretty funny that a cell phone company can’t answer a phone. Pretty pathetic.

Not sure why this location has such a good rating, I’ve drove back and forth 3 times because they said my iPad would be there in 2-3 business days. I wouldn’t have had to make this drive there if they would just answer their phone to tell me if the iPad has been delivered or not. Multiple times I showed up to them saying it may or may not be here but our boss isn’t here to put devices into the system. So the staff is extremely undertrained and there’s no management it seems like. One of the times I showed up here at 4:15pm and the store was already closed when it showed it closes at 5pm. While waiting for them to finally set up my new iPad (it’s supposedly finally ready) another customer walked in and was having issues with the wrong headphones being sold to him and the employees called “their boss” and he wasn’t willing to make it right in any way, the new headphones he was going to buy were priced incorrectly on the shelf and the employees weren’t able to help anyone out. Just unprofessional

Was at this location to have phone looked at. After waiting for 45 minutes another employee comes in and tells the now 4 of us there's a 1:1 ratio. So we had to go out and wait in car while the female employee continues to talk with this customer. 45 minutes and no end in sight. If we're to stay 6 feet from each other that wasn't practice. And to spend so much time with a customerd this time should not have been done Teach your employees the correct procedures and have them all follow the procedures.

This is just this store. Company is fine but this store should be avoided. I went in to pay off 1 of my 2 lines and remove the insurance and change to an unlimited plan. I made it clear I wanted the cheapest plan as I have no need for anything else. I asked the employee helping me if it was taken care of just to double check and he said yes. Come to find out he had put me on the most expensive plan, costing me over 80 a month more and didnt take the insurance off either. This is a retail store NOT a coporate one so he apparently decided he wanted more of a commission and ignored what I'd said. Another store fixed it but I will never go to this location again. Go to a corporate store and avoid this one!

Sold me a defective phone that cracked while inserting it into the case in the store. It also had the liquid glass on the phone, Since it cracked in the store the liquid glass company will not honor the warranty because I did not register it before it cracked....I was still in the store. So the screen is unresponsive at times, constantly reboots and I get wifi/hotspot drops constantly. Apparently I have a defective device but according to the store manager, the warranty on the entire phone is void if the glass is cracked. I was told to keep coming back (5 trips to the store) Promised a phone call back after waiting 48 hours (called 3 times and had to wait 48 hours each time). Called today and they told me to come back to the store again then they said they had something for me. Of course they "made a mistake" and sent me to the other store where the manager is at. So not only did I have to wait outside again , I had to do it in 2 different stores. In the end, I bought a $1000 defective phone and with no warranty. Steer CLEAR AWAY from this store! This is NOT Verizon wireless service! They will just keep telling you to come back and talk to someone else Update, just got a new phone back from Samsung. They also stated that the phone was defective as they found additional cracks that they stated were "not" caused by dropping but defective glass assembly at the factory. Now every time I'm near one of their stores I warn people that go in that this place (if I'm around) is a rip off and is not a corporate verizon wirless store but a privately owned one that does not care about their customers. Saved at least 4 people possible headaches already.

I thought I had some malware on my Samsung phone, so we stopped into this Verizon store for some help. Marc Luksa was there and he was terrific. He went through my phone with me and solved the problem. Great service. Marc was polite, knowledgeable and got the job done. Very, very pleased!

This was my best experience at a Verizon store. Ryan was very warm and friendly and took time to go show me some of the my features on my new phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I will certainly be coming to him again .

The staff in this store, Jacob and Andrew are amazingly diligent and helpful. They'll take whatever time necessary to help you get the best deal possible that meets your unique needs and educate you about your devices. I'm not techy and they were very patient with all my questions and followup emails. Thanks guys, great work!!
