I don't think I've ever walked out of a phone store thinking I had a good experience, but I did at this location. Dave did a great job. I'll definitely go back to him next time I need a Verizon rep, he's a good guy.

I had a phone glitch so went over to the Verizon to get it fixed. I left a happy woman but when I got home the problem was back. The guy that did it had shown me it working but it was back. I finally figured it out myself. By the way, the man helping was a bit irritated so it was uncomfortable for me anyway. I will go to another Verizon store next time.

Do not ever purchase a device or make any changes to your account through this store. Customer service personnel will misrepresent material information about their mistake while making nonsensically antithetical customer service comments to you.

Had a new phone order to pick up at this Verizon store, the rep at this store indicated that I missed the 48 hour window to pick it up. Then the Verizon rep at this store gave me a white slip of paper and told me to call sales to reactivate the order and this would take ten minutes After 4 phone calls to get this order canceled (I needed to call customer service first then sales) and over one hour on the phone with Verizon they told me I needed to wait 24 to 48 hours for the cancelation to go through then I could place that order. Surprised the store could not assist me with this, so was the Verizon rep on the phone. After 18 years with Verizon I am done.

After taking my friend to this store, she's tends to be guarded to say the least. Stephen helped her out with the help of the manager and she left a happy woman ! Hope he enjoyed the cookie she bought him !

Please know that unless your here to purchase hardware/ phones etc. or start service that Verizon is pushing you to go online or call. The staff is no longer trained/permitted to engage over technical or billing issues.

I went to this location on Recker and the 202 back on 6/4/21. I went with the intention of upgrading my phone because of a promotion going on. According to my receipt, Emanuel was the rep assisting me. He knew exactly what promo I wanted and proceeded in processing the transaction. Come to find out 3 months later he didn’t do his job and here I am, January of 2022 still getting over-charged for my phone. He also pressured me into buying a new power adapter, making me think I needed to spend $17 when I could have just used my old phone charger. After hours on the phone with customer service over the course of 4 months it seems to be resolved but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I’ve heard many complaints. Save your time [and sanity] and go to the store by superstition springs mall off Power rd.

After being ignored at a nearby privately-owned Verizon store I made an appointment for this location and could not have been more pleased. My wife and I were upgrading our devices. Michael, Latrell, and Ryan were all extremely professional in answering all of our questions and helping us understand all of the details of the new plan. We could not have been more pleased. If you desire a positive experience in dealing with new devices and new data plans, this is the place to come. My wife was also particularly impressed that at the conclusion of our business the staff member escorted us to the door, said thanks, and wished us well. When is the last time you witnessed this level of customer service??
