Do NOT use the pharmacy at this CVS if you actually NEED your medication. They were unable to fill my 80-year old mother's pain medication prescription despite having a 5-day advanced notice and the medication being a common generic pain pill. The pharmacy staff adopted an "oh well, that's too bad" attitude with me on the phone when I questioned why they failed to fill the prescription on time despite the advanced notice, and the fact that we stopped by IN PERSON on Thursday to make sure it would be filled on Sunday, and we were told "absolutely, there won't be a problem". Well, come Sunday, THERE'S A PROBLEM! All I get is "Sorry, we don't have enough in stock to fill it". What poor customer service, and a HORRIBLE way to treat an 80-year old woman with chronic pain and Stage 4 Kidney failure. Pathetic.

This place I dont know what to say about it. But I swear this Marines will not be going back they are so dam unprofessional, i had a Rx from the VA, told me they can only fill 1 of the 3, I had to ask the Pharmacist, what is the problem ,can you call another CVS was told no., that is not the policy, on some simple antibiotics, wow......I will not get nothing from this place went to Safeway was out in 10 mins, needs a attitude adjustment there, and customer service skills

Me and my family had come to get Tested for Covid-19 and we had gotten here at 2:45 and currently it’s 5:00 exact and we are still waiting for two more tests. Almost 3 hours we have been here. The lady at the Window is taking to long to get our information. Now I’m always a patience person but really 3 hours like what is this! This is unbelievable, now I’m not sure if she is new or is training but come on CVS have other people help her out. I have major headache and fever and my whole body is warming.

Clean store and usually pretty well stocked. So glad paper receipts are optional now. I really dislike the model of using self checkouts. The machines are obnoxiously loud and the staff hovers over you to make sure you are not taking $3 in photos. I would prefer to be rung up by someone and not check myself out anyways. Especially if the staff is going to watch you the whole time because only one self checkout is working. This drives more business to online retailers rather than shopping in store.

Just like previously stated I also had a covid test scheduled today at this location. I drove through the drive through to my shock I see written "no pharmacist on site." I proceeded to go inside to talk to someone who told me "yea we don't know when she's going to show up, we've tried calling her." Im in complete shock of the incompetence at this location she then told me to call back in a couple hours to see if the pharmacist has showed up. I have never seen a store ran this badly before. Take your business elsewhere trust me it'll save you time and headaches. What an absolute mess of a store!

CVS has been working the worst pharmacy I have ever had to use! There is a big difference from walgreens and cvs and for whatever reason insurance prefers cvs! I have had nothing but trouble. When a rx is out of stock and a controlled substance 3-4 days to get back in, rx can not be transferred to any location and by the time you find out rhe drs office is closed! The lack of car not from the pharmacy tech at the window but it seems like the pharmacist a woman in the back is completely oblivious to how being out kf a medication effects a person. Please is you have a option to use a different pharmacy please do because, if walgreens was out you would have it the bext day, they understood the importance of how negatively being off of a medication for so long can effect a person and definitely more caring, quick and professional all the way around. This has been such a aweful location and the others are just as bad!

Pharmacist doesn’t even show up even when you have scheduled COVID tests in advance for a trip. Tried calling and they hung up on me. Garbage location.

I agree the staff is garbage !!! Malia was sooo rude when I called about my 1 year olds daughter prescription. She even hung up on me not once but twice !! I cannot believe they have people like this working for them . Makes them look very trashy ! So glad this isn’t my regular pharmacy !
