Wow, so horrible experience. I live around the corner and I ran to the store to pick up some plastic bags. It was 5 minutes till close and as I get to the door, there is an employee just chatting with someone there. Then the employee looks me straight in the eye and tells me they are closed turns and closes the door in my face and locks it with me standing right there. I start to tell her I just need one item and she just walks away. Does not look back. I actually got back to my house before the store was even supposed to close. Such a rude person. Do not recommend this place.

Zero stars if possible. Not open the times the businnes is supposed to be open wasted my gas and time coming here just to be closed.

It was okay, I thought because it's name is Family "Dollar" that most stuff would be $1, not the case. Stuff is rounded off to the nearest dollar. Didn't have what I was looking for anyway.

Today 06/03/2021 it was 12:42 when me and my husband did some shopping at that store, first thing we notice, the Cashier did not Greet us.So we started to pick up items, when was time to Pay, i aproched to the register AHS she was texting on her cell phone, so I said Hello how are you... Her response was None, i was totally ignored... So when it was time to Pay....I told her how much is it cuz there is nothing on the screen, and she still did not say nothing at all. So I took a guess and swipe the card.So i took my bags and said Thank you have a Good Day and she stood quit.My husband said.I couldn't believe you were talking to yourself all this time.But yet was busy talking to her cell phone and got friendly to a Guy of her same color.and I am not being prejudice but think this a Supper Awefull customer Service.

Linda was extremely rude. Bad mouthing customers. Complaining about other customers to each customer. Embarrassed customers. Linda is impatient. She talks to the customers like they're stupid. She purposely ignored customers and walked away from the register in the middle of transactions while the paying customer waited. The weirdest part is that 3 of her co-workers just stood around s allowing her behavior. And there was a big line! I will not visit this store again. I really hope Linda and her co-workers are held accountable. My experience there was disgusting.

Not very welcoming. I am super huge on customer service. A lost art. As soon as I walked in I was immediately hounded to leave a small bag of a purchase I had made next door, not at the front counter but just "up front" somewhere. Someone else could easily walk away with my bag. I felt very unwelcomed and just uneasy, I immediately turned around and walked right out the door. Prefer to shop somewhere else more inviting.

I've been there a few times and the staff is very nice, but their faces seem to change frequently. The store is clean and organized, but some days the store is restocking the shelves and this can come across as cluttered, but most days the store is clean and organzied and regardless if the face is new or not, they always seem to hire a friendly staff.
