The customer service of this place is awful. I was told that my prescription would be ready within 48 hours, and when I call to check on it they have no idea who I am, or what prescription I'm talking about; even after speaking with the pharmacist twice earlier in the week. No idea how they received five stars and how people rave about the "great customer service".

I went for a friend post her surgery to get a post op med which we hadn’t been able to find anywhere. Richard, whom I’d never met before, was infinitely patient in trying to get ahold of the patient’s physician and even offered to come in on Saturday to make it up for her if he ever heard back from the physician. SUCH a great first impression!!!
