Made our appointment,was waited on our appointment time. Have always had good service. Yes, sometimes lines are long and not enough checkers,but have you ever shopped at Ross? It's that way every where you go, especially since this covid virus. We all need to appreciate checkers and thank them for being there for us during this pandemic.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world the staff is so incredibly rude AND the refused to fill my prescription for my dog! Twice !! Because "humans take priority " that's fine but then don't call me and tell me it's ready to be picked up

This pharmacy is infuriating! Nothing is ever ready in a timely manner and they have a lot of people working there but most are trainees. I've been there several times just to pick up a couple of prescriptions.

Called in my dads refills on Wednesday morning because he was on his last few pills. Came in to a long line at about noon on Friday, but the line was moving really fast. Unfortunately nobody was leaving with anything. The two people behind the counter were only there to tell people that their prescriptions were not ready. One lady in front of me said she called hers in a week ago and it still wasn't ready! I get to the counter and the lady tells me it's not ready yet, but might be ready soon. I ask how soon, thinking I can shop around for maybe an hour and come back. She said... I don't know, maybe an hour, maybe more. I ask if she has anyone there right now who can fill them. She said no, they aren't working today. HOW IS IT GOING TO BE FILLED IN AN HOUR THEN?... she says I don't know, shrugs her shoulders and then says... I guess it's not. Then says "Next" and waived the next customer over. Saturday my mom and I go back to try and get dads meds again and they have the same story about nobody being able to fill any prescriptions. I'm awake now 220am at Banner health hospital emergency room because my dad has been off his medicine for a little over two days thanks to the incompetence of this pharmacy and he is experiencing stroke symptoms. How can a pharmacy possibly stay in business and still be called a pharmacy when they have NOBODY filling prescriptions? PLEASE SHUT DOWN UNTIL YOU CAN FILL PRESCRPTIONS. You are putting people in the hospital playing this stupid limbo game.

Appalling behavior of the pharmacist...refused to allow me to read the label on A NEW PRESCRIPTION OF A CONTROLLED MEDICATION, to be clear that I understood the parameters before leaving. I reached for it, and he snatched it away stating " read it all you want from here" (fully paid for, mind you) Yes, it is a MUCH better idea to bag it all up and staple it closed so that I can open and unwrap it to read it before leaving the store. FYI I have the right to read the label, while in the pharmacy. The big grey headed pharmacist sucks.

Decent size walmart, waiting for a checker is like waiting for rain in the desert. Thank god for self checkout otherwise you'd be there for eternity lol

Th is is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Many many problems, the worst was when my husband had an outpatient surgery and they accepted his pain medicine prescription without telling us it was an 8 HOUR WAIT FOR MEDS. Apparently 500 prescriptions in front of us. We had to drive back to the doctor, cancel the old one, get a new prescription and find a new pharmacy that day, all the while my husband was in agony. Then I filled out a bunch of paperwork so that I can pick up my parents medication (I am their caregiver). Yeah that gets "lost in the system" frequently, delaying life extending medication that (due to insurance issues) I have to pick up after they have already run out. Now they accepted a bunch of prescriptions for me, and they are denying them to me cause my insurance is supposedly expired. It's October! I updated it in January! Despite that it is the nearest Wal-Mart to me I will never use this pharmacy again.

OMG WORST PLACE EVER! WORST PHARMASY EVER! I SO WISH I COULD HAVE LEFT A NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW. THEY SHOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS. NO ONE ON THERE STAFF CARES ABOUT WHATS HAPPENING. I have been to this Wal-Mart PHARMASY 4 separate times today and I STILL DONT HAVE ALL MY MEDICATION! THEY need to be shut down!!! BBB (better business bureau) needs to/will be contacted. You all suck.
